Sleeping Accommodations:

Bedroom 1: King bed, sleeps 2-3 people, en suite primary bathroom

Living Area: Queen-sized sleeper sofa, Tempur-pedic style, sleeps 2 people

This comfortable living area is perfect for starting off the day with your cup of coffee or winding down your night with a drink. The 65" Smart HDTV comes with a complimentary Netflix subscription to keep you up-to-date with your latest TV binges. Whether you're looking to kick back and relax or catch up on your favorite shows, this living area has everything you need. You also have a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit. Walk right on out to the balcony for a breath of fresh air while enjoying your freshly brewed coffee using the Keurig machine.



Kitchen:

The kitchen comes with all your basic cooking equipment, dishware, silverware (bowls, plates, cups, etc.), a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, rice cooker, milk frother and Keurig coffee machine.



Dining Area:

The dining area is furnished with a sleek table, and 4 comfortable chairs. Conveniently located next to the kitchen, this area will be perfect for your morning meals or evening sit-down dinners with your family or friends.



Bathroom:

This full bathroom is supplied with all your bathroom essentials and complimentary toiletries like plush white bath towels, a 5x magnifying makeup mirror, a plush makeup towel, and a travel-size hair dryer. The shower is equipped with a soap dispenser filled with a sulfate-free, 100% vegan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Guests have access to the 24-hour gym to get their daily workout at any time.

Reno, Nevada and the surrounding area offer a wide variety of indoor and outdoor recreational activities. With excellent weather, residents and visitors can enjoy the nearby spectacular Lake Tahoe and the largest concentration of ski facilities in the world, all within a fifty-mile radius. Outdoor activities such as biking, camping, hunting, fishing, and mountain climbing are popular among residents and visitors. In addition, kayaking and paddle boarding are available behind the marina waterfront building. Located minutes from the Row, which includes Circus Circus, El Dorado, and the Silver Legacy Casinos, you can try your luck at the slots or catch a great show. The National Bowling Stadium, where professional bowling tournaments are held, is also located downtown, just blocks from the Row. The Riverwalk, featuring the Truckee River on one side and world-class restaurants on the other, is a great place to people-watch, enjoy a meal, take in the view, and visit a microbrewery or two just south of the main downtown area.

The Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County (RTC) operates a bus system that serves Reno, Sparks, and the surrounding area. Pet Policy:

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have specific pet restrictions. While we love all dogs, we are unable to accommodate Wolf hybrids, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, and Doberman Pinschers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these guidelines to help maintain a pleasant stay for everyone.
