Aloha Mark, these are not accurate statements and will be addressed one by one. Most importantly, when I stopped by the unit all I could smell was wet "beach smells", which was likely caused by the wet suits/towels left on the beds, carpets, and 3 sets of wet snorkel equipment on the floor (in an enclosed tropical environment). I did set up an air purifier since you mentioned a smell, I have photos documenting the air quality which was "great", there is a history on the machine and the air never measured at a "poor" level. As for building issues that are managed by an on site manager, we have no control over the laundry machines or the elevator and these issues were not mentioned to us to bring up to the site manager to address. There are two elevators and the one was down for maybe an hour. As for the neighbors, they were asked to be quiet after your complaint (which they were) and yes, at a condo it is not uncommon on a holiday like 4th of July to have extra noise. We are VERY clear that we do not accept text for communication about issues in a unit, and any emergency issues require you to call us right away. The plumber confirmed the valve was NOT malfunctioning, it was user error and we did not charge you for the service call. We also did mention you did not need to schedule your daily activities around the handyman and plumber, that was your choice. Both repairs were completed very quickly. There are two spots on the ceiling that need to be painted in the living room which are not mold. Lastly, had any issues about linens been brought to our attention we would have brought new items. Your visit occurred during a very humid time, so using full strength AC would have been considered normal and necessary. The guest bathroom has been renovated, the master bathroom has not been renovated (both have current photos to show accurate finishes). We understand you were unhappy with your stay but an inaccurate review does not help anyone.
