3554 Seascape is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, first floor end unit offering beautifully updated interiors, oceanfront views and direct access to the beach from your covered deck!

This bright and airy upscale Seascape oceanfront villa offers an open floor plan with new hardwood flooring, high end furnishings and modern finishes throughout. The living area offers plenty of space to unwind with friends and family, a large dining table for all your guests and a gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless appliances and granite counters.

3554 Seascape comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms all with brand new flat screen TVs! The master suite offers a king bed with a private bathroom featuring an oversized walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and Bedroom 3 has two twins, both with private ensuite bathrooms.

Seascape Villas Kiawah are intimate beachfront rentals just steps from the Atlantic Ocean and only minutes to the activities of West Beach. West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah’s oldest neighborhood with meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe.

You’re an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.

Pool Access: Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Direct beach access from your covered deck.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 2 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Great location, beautiful villa

Had a lovely spring break week here. The villa is comfortably decorated and in a great spot on the island. The kids (and adults) were able to bike to golf, play pickle ball, hang out at Night Heron park, etc. The deck is great with a lovely view of the ocean. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to prepare several meal. My only complaint was that there could be more plates and glasses. We had to run the dishwasher after each meal to make sure we had what we needed for the next.

Great location, great unit!

Lovely unit in a great location! Easy access to the beach and close to several golf courses. The covered deck is perfect for really hot/sunny days and for being able to sit outside during a pop up storm. You get the great breeze off the ocean but protection from the elements. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! We had one appliance issue during our stay that was handled quickly with no disruption to our day. One thing to note for future guests, when they tell you they provide minimal starting items - like hand soap, dish soap, etc. they are not kidding. The condo is totally bare bones. No starter shampoo or body wash, not even salt & pepper or minimal spices. It wasn’t s big deal, but just know ahead of time that you will have to buy or bring everything you need. But as far as kitchen appliances, cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc the unit is well stocked. We look forward to visiting again!
