Great accommodations here! The location is very central to amenities and very easy to the beach. Akers-Ellis is great and very responsive.I would ask that the owners upgrade the living room TV to a Smart TV which would enable guests to stream via their own provider and allow for easier connection to the DVD player.Thanks and hope to visit again!

The view of the ocean was unobstructed and the villa was fully stocked with everything we needed. The villa interior was clean and the beach decor was inviting without being too much. I would totally recommend this villa and dealing with Akers Ellis was a pleasure.

Get Away

Quiet getaway. Great location, walking distance to Sanctuary Hotel and The Nest for supplies. Great for viewing the sunrise from living area and bed. I recommend this location.

Beachfront paradise

This unit had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun vacation right on the beach. The unit is well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. The owners communicated quickly; we were well-taken care of. Amazing beach views and super location on the island were only two of the many reasons this unit made our stay memorable!

Reviewer Comments: We’ve rented in Kiawah before and this was by far the best one yet.. nicely appointed unit steps from the beach, close to the Sanctuary and an easy hop to Freshfields. Beauiful Spot

We loved our stay in this unit. It is truly right on the ocean, with views of the water from every room. There are balconies for each of the three bedrooms, so one can have a magnificent view. We felt very comfortable throughout the very clean unit. Our only concern was that the lunge chair on one of the balconies was ripped and could not be used, but the property manager told us this would be replaced. We very much look forward to returning to this unit!

Great condo for large family!

We loved our stay - accommodations were great. Room layout is perfect for larger families. Views are incredible and furniture was comfy. Would definitely recommend!

September Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit several times and always enjoy our stay. The views are gorgeous and we especially like having 3 decks. Previously the room with the twin beds also had a small cot that could be used to sleep an extra child, but this year it was not there. My only suggestion is to have a cot or blow up mattress available. Otherwise I would have rated the amenities as a 5.

Fantastic location!

Ideally located, 3rd floor condo overlooking one of the best beaches is the US! 3 ocean-front outdoor patios, accessible from each bedroom and the main living area. Well equipped kitchen. Property was immaculate upon arrival. Only 3 relatively minor issues - (broken closet door in 2nd Master, no screen door on patio door to patio off main Master, and broken screen on sliding door off main living area).. Overall a great condo in a fantastic location, loved every minute of our stay.

Beautiful & convenient

This villa is just as it is advertised…amazing views and very convenient. The host was quick to respond to an early check-in and to confirm that there aren’t beach towels in the unit. We would have given 4-5 stars but the unit was really dirty. It’s obvious that it is a popular villa but a deep clean is definitely needed. We would definitely go back, if they are able to address the cleanliness of everything,.

Beautiful Villa

We've been to Kiawah a few dozen times - this villa is exquisite! Nicely decorated, lot's of closet space, comfortable beds and plenty of room. Great ocean front views, indoor and out on the balconies. Villa was very clean!! Kitchen is overly stocked with anything you will need. We tend to rent beach chairs and umbrellas through Kiawah Island (green) which is a little further of a walk from the other rentals (blue). The chairs are a little longer with foot rest. Same with bicycle rentals - renting through Kiawah Island (in The Sanctuary parking lot) - the bike seats are more comfortable. Contacted property manager for misc question and had answer immediately. Cannot wait to rent his property again!
