Mid Century Modern Meets Resort! This private oasis is a large 3 bedroom/3 bathroom with private Pool, Spa, and Full Outdoor Living Area. The Outdoor Living Area includes 36" Blaze Chef Series BBQ Island, White Outdoor Pool Table, Dining area and Lounging Area with 75" Smart Television.

Max: 8 People (6 adults) - 3 car maximum

A completely unique, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly executed home awaits you in the beautiful desertscape of Palm Springs.

Living Areas

In a style popular to the area, the mid-century modern furnishings and decor complement each other flawlessly to create an on-trend and en-vogue atmosphere.

The living room invites guests to sit down, sip a drink, and relax on a comfortable sofa or side chair, while enjoying the ambiance of a wholly original gas fireplace. The large HDTV makes it easy to stream your favorite shows or the movie you've been looking forward to.

Kitchen & Dining

A thoroughly upgraded kitchen features nearly the entire wishlist of every chef. Stainless steel appliances, white quartz waterfall countertops, a generous peninsula bar seating 4, and an abundance of work space makes it a simple pleasure to create the group's favorite meals. A convenient Keurig and complimentary coffee pods gets the group up and going in the morning.

The adjacent pearl white dining table seats 6 in front of a wonderfully colorful 4-piece mural. It's sure to spark many a conversation!

Sleeping Accommodations

Each of the 3 bedrooms features a king-size bed, TV, ceiling fan, and ensuite bath. An additional queen sleeper sofa is in the living room.

Outdoor Amenities

The centerpiece of the outdoor living space is a stunning original work of mural art commissioned by the owner of the property. It stands 45' long and 10' wide.

The outdoor entertainment area is your personal resort! A large in ground pool offers hours of relaxation, while the nearby sun loungers make it easy to take in the Vitamin D.

If you'd rather enjoy the scenery from the shade, you'll love the covered lounge area, perfect for curling up with a good book, or your mobile device.

Enjoy some fun in the sun with a corn hole game on the side of the home.

A summer kitchen with a grill offers the opportunity for a group barbecue, to be enjoyed at the outdoor dining table for 8.

When the sun sets, it's the perfect time to let the massaging jets of the hot tub work their magic. And then later, light a fire in the firepit and gather around in the cool night air as you trade stories and laughter, planning for the next day's adventure in Palm Springs.

Cool Vibe in Awesome Location

My husband, teen daughter and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well-equipped. We loved the artwork, especially the beautiful mural in the back patio area. It was a bit cooler than we hoped so it was very nice to have a heated pool and spa...and indoor and outdoor fireplaces. The location was absolutely perfect. We hiked every day driving 8-20 minutes to trails. On a day when storms were forecasted and we didn't want to risk being caught in the mountains, we decided to do a long walk checking out all of the famous houses in the area (there are a ton! found list online). We walked 3 miles following the list online and then stopped for lunch on Palm Canyon Drive (one street over from the house) before walking the mile back to the house. There are plenty of restaurants in the downtown area 1-2 miles away. One thing I really loved was how close the house is to the mountains and the beautiful view from the property. If we had any questions, Corey was very responsive. All in all, it was a great trip. We'd definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Great for active groups

Brand new and beautifully designed, this property is well equipped to entertain your small group “at home”, from the grill and outdoor pool table to corn hole and pool/hot tub. The owner is very responsive if issues arise. This location might be best suited to an active family or a few friends, as it’s not quite as tranquil as a couple might hope for if looking for a quiet getaway, due to a fair bit of street noise. That aside, this is a beautiful property with good access to all that Palm Springs has to offer.

Amazing property, location and rental provider! 5 Stars!!!

My husband and I just finished a week's stay at this beautiful property and can't say enough about how great it was. The property was clean, well equipped and absolutely perfect for spending a great time in Palm Springs. Also, Corey, the property owner, was very responsive any time we reached out. Luckily, we only had a few questions because the property was put together so well that everything was really self explanatory. The pool and spa were awesome and the property has really been setup in such a way that it was possible to engage outside without a lot of sound travelling. It seems Corey has thought of everything! We will definitely be back.

Perfect Getaway in Palm Springs, 2/2022

The property and location were exactly as advertised, and much more. We had an amazing stay in this oasis away from home. Corey is a responsive host, and our check-in/out process was a breeze. Looking forward to booking our next trip!!

Amazing 2 weeks

My husband and I just spent two amazing weeks at this beautiful home. We loved all aspects of this house. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, rooms and kitchen and layout. We loved the outside set up. The pool and spa/hot tub could not have been more perfect. We loved the fact that there was great spots for sun and an awesome area outside by the pool with great shade, table and couch area with lights and smart tv. Loved the back area as well with a fantastic firepit. Amenities were perfect and appreciated that wells stocked soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels. Location great as we were close to town, not far from Joshua tree etc but felt very private with gated design around the property. Corey was awesome and super responsive to our early questions but there wasn't much need as the handbook that was provided explained all the important instructions. We look forward to coming back again. Thank you for letting us use your home for two weeks.
