If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach.

Upon entering your condo on the 12th floor, a corner unit, you are welcomed with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and Sanibel Island. As you step into this inviting condo you’re welcomed with lovely décor that sets the tone for relaxation. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the spaces, ensuring a sense of connectivity throughout. This condo is equipped with ceiling fans in the kitchen/dining area and bedroom. An octagonal dining table seats two.

The living area is tastefully decorated with a leather loveseat with coffee table on an area rug, as well as a corner leather Eames chair with ottoman and a desk with a large flat screen TV next to the kitchen area. There are sliding glass doors to the furnished balcony where you will catch the most amazing sunsets and sunrises while relaxing and enjoying your favorite beverage. The kitchen area is equipped with essential appliances including a fridge with a freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and cookware, making cooking a breeze.

The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed, two night stands and lamps, a dresser, a corner desk with chair, and of course windows opening out on two sides where its gulf and resort pool views everywhere you look. A privacy floor to ceiling sliding door affords privacy should guests be present. There is also ample closet space in the large en suite bathroom, which also has a nicely tiled walk-in shower, commode, and a single-piece vanity with lavatory. The unit also includes high tech features including keyless door locks, dedicated high speed wireless internet, and high-definition cable TV with a wide assortment of channels. Currently the pool is not open. This unit has been carefully inspected and renovated prior to re-opening. We have made every effort to maintain a safe and comfortable setting for our guests.
