Near the Parc des Capellans, this 2-room ground floor apartment of approximately 28m² sleeps 2/4, with a loggia and a private terrace of approximately 15m² with garden furniture. Entrance to a fully equipped kitchen area: 3 induction hobs, oven, microwave, extractor hood, electric coffee maker, toaster, and more. A shower room with a shower cubicle and washing machine, and a separate toilet. The living room features a double sofa bed (140cm) and an LCD TV, a fridge-freezer, a vacuum cleaner, and closets. A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a wardrobe. The loggia (dining area) has an electric shutter. A quiet neighborhood surrounded by greenery (a taste of the countryside at the beach) is close to the sports activities at the Grand Stade des Capellans and the Botanical Gardens. Secure private parking (no. 35/304), and an open storage room with a rack for windsurfing boards and bicycles. Close to restaurants, shops, and marinas. RES WITH POOL open from June 1 to September 30 (ideal for families). PETS ALLOWED.
