The space

Designer villa with a rustic essence and modern touches for rent in El Tarter, Canillo, located a few minutes from the access to the ski slopes of Grandvalira and one of the best winter leisure areas in the Pyrenees, but with a dominant position over the whole village, which provides extraordinary privacy and exclusivity.
The villa covers a surface of 329 m² distributed over 3 floors, all of them connected by a private lift and stairs for total comfort and optimal communication. It is equipped with 4 double bedrooms, 2 of them en suite, 3 bathrooms and 1 half-bathroom.
The entrance is on the ground floor, which consists of a large open space divided into two levels containing the dining room and kitchen, fully equipped with the latest appliances, and the living room. It is very bright thanks to the large windows, and opens onto a spectacular garden terrace with Finnish sauna for 6 people, as well as panoramic views of the main ski slopes of Grandvalira. This floor also has a toilet, laundry room and private garage.
On the first floor there is a junior suite with full bathroom and two double bedrooms with a full bathroom that serves both of them. On the second and top floor is the master suite, which contains a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a private dressing room, a library with integrated desk and gym gadgets.
An ideal retreat designed to the millimetre to satisfy all your needs and whims during a winter holiday, if you are a ski or ski mountaineering enthusiast. However, the Villa is also perfect in summer, since on the doorstep of the property you will find the starting point of several hiking trails to immerse yourself in the heart of the Pyrenees and enjoy their lakes and landscapes.

Chalet de diseño con esencia rústica y toques modernos para alquilar en El Tarter, Canillo, ubicado a pocos minutos del acceso a las pistas de esquí de Grandvalira y de una de las mejores zonas de ocio de invierno de todos los Pirineos, pero con una posición preponderante sobre todo el pueblo, gozando así de una privacidad y exclusividad extraordinarias.
El chalet cuenta con 329 m² distribuidos en 3 plantas, todas ellas conectadas por un ascensor privado y escaleras para un total confort y una óptima comunicación. Está equipado con 4 habitaciones dobles, 2 de ellas en suite, 3 baños y 1 aseo.
La planta baja, por donde se accede a la propiedad, se compone de un amplio espacio diáfano dividido en dos niveles, en los cuales se distribuye el comedor y la cocina, totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de última generación, y el salón. Este es muy luminoso gracias a sus grandes ventanales, y tiene acceso a una espectacular terraza-jardín con sauna finlandesa para 6 personas y vistas panorámicas a las principales pistas de esquí de Grandvalira. Esta planta cuenta también con un aseo, un lavadero y un garaje privado.
