For extra guests, we offer a queen auto inflatable air mattress in the living room.

All Legacy Villas facilities, including 12 community pools, 11 spas, a gym, clubhouse and walking trail are all accessible to guests. Guests have full and exclusive access to the 2BR/2BA condo and its' 2 patios. Unit also has a detached 2 car garage that is assigned to guests of this unit only, but will occasionally be accessed by owners and cleaning crew to retrieve linens and supplies.

We live 2 hours away, but I am usually in La Quinta 1-2 days a week. I can always be reached via text, phone or email. I will make the drive for emergencies, otherwise, we also have a local contact that can handle any minor issues.

Legacy Villas is La Quinta's premier condo community that borders the stunning Santa Rosa Mountains and is located directly adjacent to the famous Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort with its tennis courts, world class restaurants, shopping, golfing and spa. Legacy Villas has 12 heated saltwater pools, 11 spas, stunning grounds with fountains and palm trees on every corner, a walking trail that surrounds the complex, outdoor fireplaces, a hammock garden, club house, gym and onsite, seasonal restaurant, the Legacy Grill. With dozens of world class golf courses right down the street, La Quinta is a prime spot for golfers and home to the American Express Golf Tournament. In March, it is also a top destination for tennis fans visiting the BNP Paribas in Indian Wells and during the month of April, it's festival season, attracting hundreds of thousands of music lovers attending Coachella and Stagecoach. And you are only a 30 minute drive from Palm Springs with its vibrant nightlife, shopping, museums and aerial tram and only 1 hour drive from Joshua Tree which makes for a perfect day trip.
