En villa med to soveværelser ovenpå nær bagsiden af Legacy Villas. Nyd direkte vestvendt bjergudsigt fra balkonen. Enheden har et komplet køkken, opholds- / spiseplads med en sovesofa med dronning og et fladskærms-tv. Det store soveværelse har en kingsize-seng, fladskærms-tv, kommode, skab og eget badeværelse med separat bruser og badekar. Gæstesoveværelset har en queensize-seng, tv, skab og et komplet badeværelse med kombination af bruser / badekar på tværs af gangen. Enheden har også en stabelbar vaskemaskine / tørretumbler. Køkkenet indeholder alle de vigtigste apparater, herunder et køleskab / fryser med en ismaskine, gasområde, ovn, mikroovn og opvaskemaskine. Sengetøj og håndklæder leveres, og villaen har også grundlæggende toiletartikler / rengøringsprodukter. Enheden kan kombineres med LV009 (Privat ovenpå Studio med uhindret udsigt over bjergene) for at skabe en rummelig 3 værelses villa (afhængigt af tilgængelighed).

Ferie villaen ligger i Legacy Villas i La Quinta. Legacy Villas er et samfund på 280 feriesteder og byhuse. Samfundet ligger i en bjergbugt på den vestlige side af La Quinta med udsigt over bjergene Santa Rosa og chokolade i hele ejendommen. La Quinta Paradise

Loved the location with a beautiful view of the mountains and close to a pool. Great breakfast and workout space. The place is tastefully decorated and would definitely return to this complex.

Fantastic stay - the property was perfect for us all and the teenagers loved the pool and hot tub. The grounds are well maintained and so pretty. And it’s close to everything! Will be coming back!

Best of Legacy Villas

Over the years we have stayed in at least ten different units at Legacy and this unit was one of the very best and we will always try to reserve it for future trips. Well located, exceptionally clean, systems easy to work, diligent oversight by management.

We had a lovely time in this villa. When we arrived there were some missing kitchen items that were brought immediately when I requested them. All new. Good location near a couple of pools. Lovely property.

Everything we needed was there and the place was clean.The pictures don't do justice, I thought! We had two pools and hot tubs close by, plus the main pools if we was close to shopping and food. (Not walking distance) It felt very safe! I would highly recommend this place.

I loved that the unit was right next to a pool and was spacious. Unfortunately the freezer was not working, and the ice machine was not making ice. In addition the glass sliding door in the shower kept coming of the track and the water running out of the taps was always hot. The unit was clean although there were some spots on the carpet and some of the throw pillows were dirty.

Disappointed

At arrival noticed the carpet in the master and living room was dirty. Had ants in the sink on a constant basis. "Neighbors" complained about noise, literally just watched television and talked normally. Was uncomfortable the whole weekend, my older children could not enjoy a movie.

Reviewer Comments: We needed some serious rest and relaxation, so I requested a quiet unit with a view of the mountains near a pool, and we got exactly that -- it's as lovely as the photos depict! From the beginning, Joy from the reservation office set the tone with her friendly helpful email answers to my many questions. While we were there, Quinn was great, cheerfully solving a couple of little maintenance issues immediately! The unit was immaculate, very well equipped and spacious and we really enjoyed the large terrace. We were literally steps from 2 pools. The grounds were so well maintained and gorgeous -- bougainvillea, flowering bushes and palm trees everywhere, nestled into the foothills of the mountains! It's a guarded gated community, and Laura and the rest of the security team were so friendly and helpful! Legacy Villas is very centrally located for exploring the Coachella Valley area.

La Quinta Mountain View

The property is very well located in a quiet section of the development. There were some initial issues (no hot water in the master shower, heat instead of cool in the master bedroom and pet stains on the living room carpet). Management responses were prompt. This is our second year staying at Legacy Villas and the location is the best. However, the interiors are in real need for updates

Location of the condo was great. Close to the pool and the views were wonderful from the balcony. There was no pepper nor aluminum foil.( There was no condiments in general)Low on cooking pans and the one they had was dirty. The electric BBQ grill was not working properly which we reported to the property manager We got no response at all. Overall the condo was clean but needs a facelift.

Great 2 bedroom right next to main pool

The property was terrific. The stay would have been perfect if there were some type of locks on the doors like they have in hotels. Basically it was very easy for younger children to just walk out of the door on their own.

Beautiful Property, Unit Needs Adjustments

Love the villas and the beautiful setting! For the unit, I'd recommend: -Updating the master AC - super noisy and kept me awake all night -the unit had a really musty smell when we first got in -The kitchen cabinets and some of the furniture is visibly worn I will say the unit seemed clean which was reassuring.

Nice place

Although a bit out of date decor wise, and some worn walls and cabinets, it is very comfortable and bigger than expected. 2 gas fireplaces added to the comfort. 4 can sleep here no problem. The Wifi was very good; a small pool close by, but jacuzzi was not working, and many other pools within a few minutes include 2 lap pools, although 1 was closed for maintenance. Good hiking trails are within a few miles drive. The fitness center is closed due to COVID. I would stay here again.

The grounds are beautiful! The unit was clean but has some wear and the master bedroom mattress was not very comfortable.
