A great midway location for all the San Diego hot spots!

This condo was a perfect spot for our family. Modest, clean and well-stocked, it was a great mid-way spot for our trip, which included stops all up and down the San Diego coast hotspots. We loved Solana Beach and all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach was an easy walk to access. When we were short on beach towels, the property manager had them to us within minutes.

Chefs Paradise on the Beach!!

Stunning beachside apartment adventure. We spent a week in this amazing place. Awesome kitchen with absolutely everything you need. Immaculate and tastefully decorated, premium touches made this a truly special visit. Highly recommend, we will be returning!

Tasteful décor and a great kitchen with everything you need. The primary bedrooms are downstairs and the office upstairs has a small fold-out bed that could accommodate a single adult or two kiddos. Great pool and hot tub, easy beach access.

Delightful California Getaway

Spectacular, bright, spacious condo, elegantly refurbished and tastefully furnished, likely by interior designers. Fireplace and south-facing patio were welcome during an unusually cold weather pattern. Only drawbacks were an uncomfortable couch in the living area and a little dampness on the sleeping level, most likely due to unusual, rainy weather. Excellent location on an indescribably beautiful beach under the cliffs hosting the condo complex. Stubbs service was great; the staff immediately gave us towels that were missing.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at another unit in this complex before. The unit was large, airy and was well stocked with towels, kitchen items, etc... However, the place was not super clean. Our feet and socks became dark quickly from walking around the house without shoes and the sheets had stains (and hair). The property also probably housed some pets before as it still smelled as such. Overall, location was great, complex was nice, but cleanliness can be improved.

We loved the spaciousness, location/short walking distance to SO many places, gorgeous views on property, comfortable beds, artwork & the vibe it created, record player, master bath heater, hot tub & heated pool, and the list goes on... Stubbs was very helpful too - professional & prompt in communication, and they even helped cart our bags (& stroller and car seat) across the street since we didn't rent a car. I will say I would hesitate to recommend Seascape Sur for anyone who has limited mobility, as hills & stairs are required to access the condo & complex.Our favorite restaurants were The Naked Cafe, Pizza Port, Lofty Coffee, Station Sushi, and Gelato 101. We look forward to returning again next year!

The living room, dining room and kitchen on second floor were great. The furniture was cozy and welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed for a longer stay. There were plenty of games and books for entertainment. The beds were really comfortable.We loved the location of the property. Just steps from access to the ocean. We also fell in love with Solana Beach with lots of great restaurants, shops and grocery stores.Stubbs Rental was great to work with. We had a couple very minor things (ie. Burned out light bulb, etc) and they were fixed right away.

Beautiful appartment

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would say this is the perfect beach side rental. It's beautifully renovated. The living/dining/kitchen area is very spacious. The second bedroom could be a bit bigger, but there is a lot of storage space. The only downside, and I am sure, this must be temporarily, maybe due to the recent renovation: the first floor is very moist. There were several electric and non-electric de-humidifiers, but still the air was always a bit moist and stuffy (right word?). We tried to air the rooms out as much as possible and it became slightly better through our stay. I hope that with time, this will go away.The beds are very comfortable. There is an extra matrass if needed. The washer and dryer are premium quality and work perfectly. The kitchen has a lot of counter space and all the pots and pans you can wish for. It's the best equipped kitchen I ever had in a vacation rental. The living/dining area looks exactly like the picture. All rooms have screened windows or doors, so mosquitos are not an issue, neither are spiders. There is a lovely patio at the entrance and a balcony with barbecue on the second floor. The appartment comes with beach chairs and parasols. There's even a yoga mat. Lost of books to read and several games to play.The neighbourhood is very quiet. The beach is just three minutes and some stairs away. We would love to stay there again.Stubbs property management was always very helpful. It was a pleasure renting through them
