High End Oceanfront Home, a 2 min walk to Beach, Shops, Dining & More in Solana

Welcome to our beautiful, centrally-located 3 bedroom home in the heart of Solana Beach! Walk to the beach, shops, popular restaurants and the coastal train station. Wake up to gorgeous expansive views of the Pacific Ocean every day from the living room, kitchen and private balcony. Lounge on the sofa on the balcony with friends and family, and pull out the BBQ for summer grilling while watching the whales migrate and the dolphins swim. An AC wall unit is available in primary bedroom and a portable unit that can be used in the guest bedroom downstairs, plus ceiling fans throughout. This property is located in Surfsong, Solana Beach's nicest gated oceanfront community.

Surfsong offers a pool and spa overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The pool is heated from Memorial weekend through November 1st and also on holiday weekends.

The closest beach is Fletch Cove which is a two minute walk from our front door. There is also a great kids play ground overlooking the beach that children love to visit. There's also community tennis courts, pickleball and even a basketball hoop our visitors can enjoy.

Two streets over is everything downtown Solana Beach has to offer, including a plethora of delicious restaurants, quaint coffee shops, the Sunday farmer's market and curated local shops including our favorite store, SoLo on Cedros. Grab a yummy bite of ceviche and a fresh margarita at Solana Beach Kitchen or head to what some have claimed as the best steakhouse in San Diego, Rare Society. Claire's and Naked Cafe are both wonderful places to walk to for breakfast, and be sure to grab a coffee and perfectly flaky croissant at Lofty Coffee.

Wind down with a glass of wine at Carruth's wine tasting room, a short 5 minute walk away; or if you're into beer there's a little brewery across the street.

There are many healthy eats in our area, such as Flower Child, Choice Juicery, Whole Foods Market, Goodonya, Lotus Cafe and Local Greens to name a few.

Rent bikes on our street and cruise down the Coastal Rail Trail to Encinitas where you can visit some of most world renown surf spots, fun bars, and great boutique shopping.

There are two designated parking spots in the gated parking garage, as well as carts and an elevator for your convenience.

This is such a special place and we know you will love your time here.

From the minute we entered the condo, we loved everything about it. Smartly designed with a large kitchen, dining and living space. We spent lots of time relaxing on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The entire condo was beautifully decorated; the large primary bathroom was a treat. Check in and communication was responsive and simple. I hope to stay here again on our next trip, thank you for hosting us.

What a beautiful, spacious home with a magnificent view of the water and sunsets. The house was very well stocked and extremely convenient. We will definitely be back, hopefully for a longer stay.

This is an exceptional condo on the beach and highly recommend. The views are amazing and Solana Beach quickly became our favorite spot in San Diego. Owner super kind and stopped by while we were here. Highly recommend!!

Great access to the beach and town. There is early morning noise as two bedrooms overlook the post office which starts to organize at 4:30 a.m. The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Great view of the garden and ocean. Surfside is a great rental and this is our second year renting there.

Came here for the Breeders Cup at Del Mar racetrack. The unit was perfect for our group of 5. Beautiful views and convenient to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

Great family spot

We loved watching the sunsets on the deck, the views were incredible. The condo is well stocked with beach gear and toys. Walking distance to many food options and the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and view

Loved the view from this property! Location to the beach was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised that the condo was larger than I expected. It was also incredibly well stocked. I would stay here again.

We have stayed at the SurfSong condos several times now over the years. Three years in a row there is something major going on. This year, electricity was shut off the entire day(830am to 615pm). We were not notified prior, as we were in other years, so could not plan accordingly. We ended up having to the dispose of all the frozen groceries we had purchased, and some of the refrigerated ones.Not the end of the world, but we came across flyers after the fact that detailed the dates.Also, the shower in the main bathroom does not drain at any decent pace. Again, not horrible, but seems it could be resolved easily.

Perfect stay!

We LOVED this home! It is a beautiful space with everything you need for a perfect vacation. We enjoyed the amazing garden right outside our door, the convenience of shops and ocean, using the pickleball courts daily and the pool/hot tub. The location of the property is perfect for beaches everywhere, San Diego, Disneyland, LA and so much more.

Scenic Beach View with Everything

Our family enjoyed this three bedroom three bathroom extra large condo. There was a walk down the street to the sandy beach but the ocean views on the top of the cliff were serene.

Great place

Really was impressed by this beautiful property. It is obvious the host has put a great deal of thought into furnishing it with everything you need. Great location, spacious, very clean, and so well appointed. The host was very responsive to communication, too.

The Absolute Perfect Beach Condo

We had the most wonderful week-long stay in this waterfront condo. I would agree that the pictures don't do it justice. It is beautiful, quiet, luxurious, well-appointed, close to everything we needed, and has the most spectacular ocean view. The management company is doing an amazing job with this property. We definitely plan to come back again.

Great family Vacation by the beach

We have now stayed at this complex for past 3 years and absolutely love the location. The views from the unit are fantastic. The unit was clean, upscale and had everything one could need for our family vacation. The unit is nicely furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. The check in process was very easy with Micah. We would certainly recommend this unit and stay again.

We will be back! Amazing location, every single amenity needed for a home away from home provided, from linens, to beach towels, to toiletries, kitchen stocked with more than we could have anticipated with everything you could possibly need. Comfy beds and couches, fall asleep to the waves you’re that close!

Solana beach

Great location. Quiet beach town. We loved the area. There was exterior construction going on we were not informed about prior to stay. The dishwasher was broken. Otherwise, great stay!
