Country house in the village center & just a stone's throw from the lake

Charming house with small garden in the heart of a pretty Ariège village located a few steps from Lake Montbel.
Tastefully renovated and warm, it is the ideal place to discover the surroundings, enjoy the summer festivities of the village and take a beautiful walk in the countryside. Its winter lounge and small garden are an asset for a pleasant stay.
The house is composed of two floors:

- First floor: living room of 25m2 with fireplace, kitchen of 15 m2, winter living room of 13m2 and small garden of 40m2
- Floor 1: Shower room & WC of 5m2, Bedroom 1 of 18m2, bedroom 2 of 14m2
- Floor 2: Attic loft bedroom with 1 bed in 90cm and 1 bed in 140cm placed on the floor.

Sheets and towels are not provided. Rental possible on request.

The house is not equipped with WIFI but 4G available.

Walking access from the house to the river, hiking trail and village halls (greengrocer, café, etc.).

In summer, every Friday, gourmet market in the village.

Playground, equestrian centre and bike rental in the village.

Traveller access:
The parking lot is located 200m from the house.
You can unload your luggage in front of the house but parking is 200m away next to the church.
