Located at Blue Spruce RV Park & Cabins, this RV is setup and ready to use upon arrival. We own and manage the park along with the Cabin and we have an onsite staff for anything needed, just like a hotel.

Located 40 minutes northeast of Durango, CO, Blue Spruce RV Park & Cabins is a quiet, full amenity campground in The Vallecito Lake Community. Our park is nestled in The San Juan National Forest and backs up to the mountains. The park is a short drive to Vallecito Lake and surrounded by great hiking trails and outdoor activities. Our amenities include a dining hall for group events, game room with parlor games (pool tables, air hockey, darts), basketball court, horseshoe pit, ping pong table, and a great outdoor pavilion. We offer multiple cabins, park apartments, and pre-setup RV's for rent. We are a perfect launching point for endless outdoor fun with amenities to keep you and your kids busy when back at the park.

A personal gas grill, picnic table, and firepit are setup outside your cabin for the optimal camping experience!

The Space:

This rental has 1 bedroom and 1 Bath and sleeps up to 5.

This rental includes:
• The main bedroom has a queen bed. There are 2 full sized beds in the bunk bed area in the back of the RV. There is a sleeper sofa in the main living room as well.
• All bedding and towels are provided
• Fully stocked kitchen to cook your own meals which includes basic cookware, flatware, dishes & glassware.
• Full Hookup to water, sewer, electric
• Free Wifi and Cable TV. Wifi great for email, Zoom calls, social media. It can be slow for streaming during busy times.
• AC & Furnace
• Full Bathroom. (RV Park also has Communal Bathrooms w/additional showers if needed.)
• Standard Coffee Maker w/filters (bring your own coffee grounds)
• Fire pit, picnic table & gas grill (propane provided for grill, firewood for sale at park)
• Slide outs to ensure ample space and additional comfort
• On site coin operated laundry room (bring your own detergent)

Requirements to Rent:
• Park quiet hours of 9pm-8am is enforced
• No smoking, no pets, no bikes inside
• Not required, but we kindly ask you to remove shoes while in the rental, particularly in carpeted areas
• No more than two licensed vehicles of any type are permitted per site.
• Extra parking for vehicles and trailers is available but not guaranteed. Please reach out to us to arrange prior to arrival.
