Highly Recommend!

Great beach rental! Very clean and amazing location right on the beach. It’s also super close to lots of great restaurants, some within walking distance and others within a quick drive. Andree is very helpful in providing detailed information up front, updates as needed, and responsive if we have questions. The rental also comes with complimentary beach service with beach chairs and umbrella which makes for such an easy beach day with little ones.

Back for our 4th year!

Just returned from another fantastic week at Blue Mountain Beach! So enjoyed the beautiful beach and grateful for the umbrella and beach chairs that were provided. The unit was clean and accommodated our family group of 7. The bunk and trundle bed worked perfectly for the 3 kids. We ate all our meals in and had all the needed cooking utensils and pots and pans. We used the gas grill a few times. We appreciated the new washer/dryer and fridge--though there never seems to be enough ice. Grateful for the new ice vending machine in the garage. Andree seems to be on top of everything and we always feel comfortable and confident renting from Southern Hospitality.

Perfect Week

We took our large family and in-laws to the beach for a week and had tons of room! The kids loved the bunk bed with trundle. There was also a storage box with beach toys, boards and other beach items for us to use. We love this condo and definitely enjoyed this unit!

Awesome condo and beautiful beach!

This was a spacious condo, and it was very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving Day meal. It was a nice surprise to find so many spices, sugar, oils, and such! It was also a bonus to be supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plenty of hand soap, and laundry and dishwasher detergent, compared to some of the rentals we’ve stayed at which have practically nothing provided. We enjoyed the pool and the large hot tub. The beach here is just beautiful! The condo’s balcony was more than ample space for all of us to gather. Andree’ was superb in communicating with us in every step of the rental process. We would definitely not hesitate to book through Southern Hospitality in the future!

Hidden gem on the coast.

Another fantastic week on the beach thanks to Southern Hospitality!

This was our 3rd year renting a condo in this beautiful, well-managed Blue Mountain Beach complex. Our unit was the perfect fit for our family--grandparents in the master suite with parents in private room with attached bath and 3 kids bunking in room next to them--and using the hall bath. We ate all our meals in, as kitchen had all supplies needed to prepare everything and we had easy access to the condo grills. It was great having the beach umbrella and chair service each day and the new system of simply signing a clipboard to reserve your spot made things easy. Andree is on top of everything and quick to respond to any questions we had throughout our booking process and arrival. She even notified us when our unit was ready early. We highly recommend Southern Hospitality and love the Blue Mountain Beach complex---just don't reserve our week!

Awesome sums it up

We love staying at Blue Mountain Resort. We have stayed here multiple years always booked through Southern Hospitality because they don't have extra booking fees AND the condos are always decorated nicely and CLEAN.There are lots of local good restaurants. Very kid friendly also

Awesome experience and responsive owners

The condo was gorgeous and close to the beach like we wanted. There were a few MINOR maintenance issues (broken fan, door lock) but the owners were VERY responsive and even brought a fan to supplement. The condo was plenty big enough for my wife and I, her parents, and our 2 small children. Would stay here again.

Wonderful week at the beach!

We had a wonderful week in unit 124. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The beds and couches were comfy and the condo was very clean. Andree was awesome! She checked in with us regularly and made sure everything was running smoothly. Our family had the best time and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Great condo!

We had a lovely week at Blue Mtn. Beach Condo #124. Andree was helpful and easy to contact. The location was ideal and the condo met all of our needs. Here were some of our favorites: comfortable beds, each bedroom had its own bathroom, luxurious bath towels, master bath had jacuzzi tub and wonderful water pressure in shower, dark curtains in rooms, large patio with table to dine outdoors, tons of beach toys in deck box on back porch, several games & puzzles for kids, very well stocked kitchen, basketball court on property, tasteful artwork/decor in condo and throughout building, the chair/umbrella service was fabulous, and Andree had some thoughtful extra touches like toiletries in bathrooms & choclates in bedrooms upon arrival. Great pool and hot tub, and short walk to beach. We would highly recommend this condo!

Amazing!!!

We had the best time at this property. It is so nice… has a private beach and pool. The condo itself was perfect. Plenty of cookware, dishes, bath towels, etc. Very clean and decorated so cute. The property manager gets back to you instantly if you need anything. We had the best time and are hoping to come back next year.

The condo was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the towels were soft and everything was CLEAN. It is easy to get to restaurants and the beach was spectacular.

Our family lives in New Orleans and we own condominiums in the Blue Mountain Beach and Destin/Miramar Beach area. New beginnings and a new venture began for us in 2019! We opened a management company called Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. We are managing condos at Mainsail and the Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach along with condos in the Blue Mountain Beach area on 30a. We have been most fortunate to "hand pick" these properties and I think you will be pleased with our new additions.

We are not a large faceless corporation, marketing group or large impersonal rental agency. These are our second homes that we would like to share with you! Being frequent occupants as well as owners, we strive to make all the little details of our condos as home like and inviting as possible. We pride ourselves on our personal service and we feel that one stay at our beautiful condos and you will be back!
