The view is amazing! The condo was clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed our meals on the balcony watching the waves. We had great access to the beach. We felt safe and secure at the property. Will be returning for sure!

Wonderful spring break stay
Our family stayed here over spring break and it was fantastic. The condo was clean, spacious and in a perfect location. My kids especially enjoyed the heated pool since the ocean was still a little cold. The private beach with chair setup each morning was a plus. We would love to stay here again!

Comfortable, convenient stay with great amenities and location.
We had a wonderful stay at Blue Mountain Beach condo unit 313. Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. The beach access was simple and convenient, and we really enjoyed spending time at the pool and hot tub as well.
One thing we especially appreciated was the thoughtful extras provided, like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and laundry supplies. Those little touches made a big difference and added to the overall convenience of our stay.
The location is fantastic, with easy access to 30A and nearby Destin, while still feeling very safe and secure. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach front property!
We enjoyed our stay in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo very much! Beautiful sunset views every night. Nice restaurants & cafes nearby.

Beautiful beach condo!
The unit 313 where we stayed was a spacious, clean and beautiful condo! My family enjoyed our visit very much! Andree was so helpful and willing to do anything to make our stay memorable! Thank you so much and I’m sure I will be renting with Southern Hospitality again!

Thankful on Thanksgiving
The property was perfect for our Thanksgiving away from home. Our family met in Blue Mountain for a week-long stay and had plenty of space for our daughter, son in law, granddaughter, Pop Pop and Gigi.
The views of the beach are exceptional. Golden hour was amazing.
The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to whip up a Thanksgiving meal.
Communication from the owner was excellent. We were provided information about the building, amenities, and local area.
This was our first trip to 30A and it did not disappoint.

Beautiful 30 A
The property and condo were nice and clean. It would be beneficial for shorties like me to have something that could help reach the laundry in the deep well of the washer. Overall we enjoyed it and would certainly come back.

Our family lives in New Orleans and we own condominiums in the Blue Mountain Beach and Destin/Miramar Beach area. New beginnings and a new venture began for us in 2019! We opened a management company called Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. We are managing condos at Mainsail and the Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach along with condos in the Blue Mountain Beach area on 30a. We have been most fortunate to "hand pick" these properties and I think you will be pleased with our new additions.
We are not a large faceless corporation, marketing group or large impersonal rental agency. These are our second homes that we would like to share with you! Being frequent occupants as well as owners, we strive to make all the little details of our condos as home like and inviting as possible. We chose this condo and location for the old-fashioned beach escape that is not crowded, but close to everything. It's location on 30a is perfect. It's easy to feel right at home in our condo.
Life goes at a slower pace and this is definitely a hidden gem. This complex (is only 48 condos) and is nestled among private homes and has the backdrop of a nature preserve. Best of all, a gorgeous private beach waiting for you.
