Luxury Villa Gust with sea view, pool, hot tub, cinema and vine bar

Villa is located in a small village near Omiš and Split, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Villa Gust was built in a modern style with special details. It has a cinema, gaming room with PS4, a wellness and wine bar. All four bedrooms are with private bathrooms overlook the sea. On the first floor there are a fully equipped kitchen with dining room and living room. The pool and lounge area also have beautiful views of the sea and surrounding island.
Villa Gust is split in several parts, all for guests to enjoy their holiday. From the modern design, the decor, the paintings on the walls, the cozy furniture, to the beautiful terraces around the villa.
On the first floor there are four rooms with king size beds, private bathrooms with showers and large closets. Each room has its own smart TV. On the same floor is a workspace with a desk and an ergonomic chair.
On the ground floor it has a kitchen, living room, dining room and wine bar. Outside there are outdoor patios with outdoor seating, dining table, and pool with beautiful views of the sea and surrounding islands.
There are 3 rooms in the basement: wellness with sauna and spa bathtub, a cinema and gaming room. Villa also has a playground for children.

The villa is so arranged that every guest can enjoy peace of mind or reconnect with its guests around large tables inside the dining room or outside on the terrace, as well as on the seating or on lounge chairs by the pool.
The Villa is located above the sea but very quickly from your own peace you can be at one of the sandy beaches just 5 minutes drive. You can also go to the historic towns of Omis and Split or go on a rafting trip or zip line. Many from our villa are happy to visit Dubrovnik, which is on the UNESCO list.
The closest airport is Split, 35km away.
We are happy to arrange a boat trip for you to the surrounding islands, or you may want a massage, chef, or basket of homemade items. We're here to help with your wishes.
Parking is free in the yard of the Villa. There is a village road to the Villa which is almost free of car traffic. Close to Villa Gust there is also a twin sister Villa Dispet.

Great house with amazing views

We stayed a week and had a great time, the house is well equipped so everyone can enjoy it’s stay. Super nice owners, they where very flexible on being available for check in and check out., gave good tips on where to go and eat.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house gave everyone in our group - a total of six adults - two parents and two adult children with their partners/friends - plenty of room to spread out and relax. The house is fully stocked - we cooked in once, watched movies/shows, and of course spent much of our time out by the pool with the breathtaking view. The villa is a quick 10 minute drive from the charming small city of Omis and felt like the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of Split, which was about a 60 minute drive away. We were able to go out during the day and sightsee, and come back to our spectacular villa. It was hard to leave! And Ariana and Ivan were gracious and friendly hosts. Would highly recomend this place!!

Wundervolles Haus, großartige Vermieter

Das Haus ist fantastisch, alles sieht wirklich so aus wie es die Bilder im Internet zeigen. Man sieht, mit welcher Liebe zum Detail die Vermieter das Haus erstellt und eingerichtet haben. Es fehlt an nichts, alles sehr durchdacht und auf modernsten Stand. Getoppt wird dieser positive Eindruck nur noch von dem Besitzerehepaar Ariana und Ivan selbst, die sich für das Wohl ihrer Gäste liebevoll engagieren. Man hat zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl, bei Freunden zu Gast zu sein.

The family company built the beautiful Villa Gust. The whole space inside and outside the Villa is very simple so as not to burden anyone's tastes and leave each guest to his own thoughts. We have taken care of every detail to make your stay more pleasant and we believe that we have enriched this natural beauty of the environment with the beauty of the architecture of the Villa. We built it for ourselves and put all our love and energy into its design. We give it to you to enjoy and feel like you are in your second home.
Your hosts Ariana and Ivan respect your privacy, but if you need us, we are here for you to make your stay as pleasant as possible and assist you with choosing a restaurant, renting a boat, booking excursions, and we also offer the possibility of hiring a chef. Before arriving at Villa Gust you will receive a House Guide with all the information.
