Close to beach & restaurants. Very nice quiet neighborhoods & pet friendly. Dog beach close by that is perfect for if you have pets traveling with you. Ben easy to contact and place had everything you need.

Everything you need is here. Simple, half of duplex house. Private parking. Laundry. Bikes. Bob is a great host. Reach out if you have any issues and I’m confident he’ll take care of them. Would stay again. Thanks.

Good location to beaches

Property was as advertised. Bungalow was clean. Bed was comfortable. Beach & restaurants were walkable. Amenities need to be upgraded. Spoke with owner and he assured me he was working on improvements that were suggested.

Bungalow Getaway

We loved our stay here! The owner provided everything we needed plus a few added surprises. We were within walking distance from the beach but, we drove our car because we had beach chairs and an umbrella to carry. We would be willing to stay at this bungalow upon our return to Nokomis.

Cozy

It was a cozy cottage. Everything we needed was there. Location was very convenient. Within walking distance of several restaurants (Pop's Grill, Pelican Alley, and Sweet Melissa's Ice cream). Quiet location. Distance from beach was also very short. No more than 2 can stay there comfortably as stated in the description. Bob was a great host. Thanks.

Beach Bungalow

This was our first time using VRBO and we were a little hesitant but the process was easy and the location of this beach bungalow was awesome! Had a great time!

Great Beach Vacation

The property was exactly as advertised. Walk to the beach in under 15 minutes. Beach equipment provided. Convenient to food shopping and post office. Walk to Pops Sunset grill for a very nice meal. Quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable stay

Loved it

Very private and clean unit. Great walks to the beach. Enjoyed our walks and bicycle rides. Unfortunately we were not familiar with Roku TV and found it challenging at times. Needed a few more dishes so purchased some at the Dollar Store. Read many books and enjoyed the birds. Would definitely return.

Great Beach Getaway

Bob was a great host, very helpful and responsive to questions. The bungalow had all needed amenities and was walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed the stay very much and hope to be back.

Inaccurate description

Location is acceptable if able bodied or young. Description does not explain that the property is a duplex. Outside sitting area is a major disappointment. Bedding needs to be upgraded. Shower curtain as well. We had palmetto bugs as frequent guests. I am not usually a complainer but at the rates we paid, I expected better.

Memorial day weekend was very nice. Everything was just as quoted, clean, nice location. The only issue we had was the mattress wasn't as nice as ours at home.

Amazing location!

This property was just right in size and location for my wife and I’s anniversary vacation. The check in/out process is easy as can be and Bob communicated both fast and with all the info you could need. The property is just a short, under 5 minute walk to Nakomis beach and a short drive to other local small beaches. If you and your spouse are looking for a getaway that gives you both privacy and easy access to everything you could want to do on vacation, this is the place! We will be back very soon!

Great location!

Myself, husband and son stayed here during Spring Break. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach and the amazing Pops! The rental had 4 beach cruisers for use in which we took advantage of a lot. The surf shop is just up the street and you are minutes from the grocery store. We we in touch with Bob, the owner prior to coming and he was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!
