Welcome to your perfect lakeside getaway! This beautifully renovated, single-level family home sits right on the water’s edge, offering stunning lake views and direct access to a large covered patio and a 24' deep-water boat dock—yours to enjoy throughout your stay.
Spacious & Comfortable Layout
The home features a convenient split floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
Captain’s Quarters: Relax in the primary suite with a king bed, a large picture window overlooking the lake, a 55" TV, and plenty of space for a pack-and-play. Need to catch up on work? A desk and high-speed internet are also provided.
Pirate Bunk Room: Kids (or the young at heart) will love the fun pirate-themed room with bunk beds that sleep four.
Third Bedroom: Offers a cozy queen bed and is located just across from the bunk room.
Gather & Unwind
The open-concept great room includes a 65" TV with Firestick, a full-size sleeper sofa, an electric fireplace, and access to a side deck. The dining area comfortably seats 6, with room to expand for 8–10 guests.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
Cook with ease in the modern kitchen, complete with:
A large refrigerator
New electric stove
Dishwasher & microwave
Kid-friendly utensils and dinnerware
Coffee bar with both a Keurig (single-serve) and a full carafe—perfect for enjoying peaceful mornings with lake views.

The spacious outdoor area features a double carport, driveway parking for 3–4 vehicles, and room to store your boat trailer. Several public boat ramps are nearby, with the closest being Coffman Beach Access and Gravois Mills Public Access.

Our family has always had a passion about traveling and anything revolving around the water. It was always our dream to own a lake home that we could share with our kids and our family. Now we have opened our home to other to experience the wonderful location and community that the Lake of the Ozarks is to others. We are always looking to add on and improve our property and I hope our attention to detail shows.

We looked at many properties in the area, but we always wanted one with a view. We didn't want a small cove lot without a view of the main channel. When we first were able to see this home and its views it took our breath away. Owning it has been a dream come true for us and our family.

The location to the main channel, the view (mainly), the neighbors, the quiet area and just far away from the hustle to really allow for family to reconnect.
