This is a beautiful property, fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay! It was wonderful to have access to the pool and the house is really nice and very comfortable with lovely accommodations. Our host was really easy to communicate with and so nice! We would definitely stay again!

This house was a perfect fit for our family. All the essentials and more can be found at this property, from shampoo/cond. to plenty of paper towels and trash sacks. They have it covered! It was very clean and communication with host was excellent. A++

Great family week space

We were three generations, six in all. Grandparents in the king room, parents in the queen, and two kids in the (full) bunk beds. Plenty of room for all and covered parking for three vehicles. We did some cooking and the kitchen was well-equipped for it, including a gas grill on the ground (which we did not use). Nice swimming pool. Very nice development (Coral Reef) of about 20-25 homes, very quiet, well-kept and maintained, a few miles outside of Rockport so a very short ride to the beach there and to our chartered fishing near Big Tree but also convenient to Aransas, the ferry and that beach too. Many restaurant choices. We had a great time and would definitely stay here (both the property and the location) again.

Our family believes that travel experiences should feel personal, comfortable, and memorable. Rather than operating dozens of properties, we focus on carefully managing a small number of homes so that every guest receives thoughtful service and a well-prepared stay.

The Nautica Retreat is a family-owned home, and we take pride in maintaining it the way we would want a place prepared for our own family vacation. From cleanliness and comfort to simple details that make your stay easier, our goal is to create an environment where guests can relax and enjoy the Texas coast.

By staying here, you are also supporting a local family and small business, something we are deeply grateful for. We truly appreciate every guest who chooses to stay with us and we work hard to make each visit enjoyable and memorable.

The neighborhood is quiet, welcoming, and perfectly located for exploring the area. Guests can easily reach Rockport Beach, the harbor, fishing charters, restaurants, art galleries, and local shops within just a few minutes.

At the same time, Coral Reef Cottages offers a peaceful place to return after a day of adventure. The community layout, shared pool, and coastal cottage style create a comfortable setting where families and friends can relax together.

It’s the type of neighborhood where mornings start slow, afternoons are spent on the water or at the beach, and evenings end with good food and coastal breezes.
