This updated unit is located on the south end of Amelia Island. This villa is a two-bedroom and two-bath hideaway close to everything but very private. You will love the open floor plan that makes this the perfect place for the whole family to enjoy. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twins. You'll also have a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer.

Great place to stay

We loved our stay here. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The property is beautiful with lots of walking trails and ponds. The beach is an easy walk away. We loved being nestled in the trees of the property. We will definitely be back.

we enjoyed our stay in this villa! it was nice having the Omni close by to go grab a coffee in the morning. It was also nice to have beach access.

Wonderful stay!

Our family loved staying here. It was clean, had everything we needed and the location was fabulous. Robin and Helen are wonderful hosts. The notebook they put together with info about the island and surrounding area was so nice and thoughtful. We would definitely return and rent from them again.😊

Lied to by the Vacasa local team

I’ve already contacted you about this day. I had requested a late check out prior to making my reservation and after it was accepted, I assumed that my late would be honored. I have a conference that I was attending that didn’t end till noon and needed a 1230 check out. I also had a Pet with me actually a service animal. And I needed to leave them in the room during the conference. I contacted the local Vacasa team to make sure that they knew about the late checkout, that’s when I was contacted by their support who argued with me, miscommunicated with me, lied about contacting you directly, and also the person texting me told me that you could contact their general manager, who is actually the person who was texting me. It was all very odd. I actually had to leave the conference early because they did not give me a late check out and I had nothing I could do with my dog. I will be seeking a full reimbursement my day yesterday was ruined and I had to leave the conference early.

The condo had everything we needed and the property was beautiful! My teenage boys had plenty to do while we were there. I highly recommend booking a kayak trip😊

Perfect beach vacation!

This wonderful condo was the perfect place to stay for our family beach vacation! It is clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. My chef husband was happy to have everything he needed in the kitchen. We slept well in our very comfy king sized bed. The beach closet was a huge hit and included boogie boards that the kids loved to use. The umbrella and beach chairs you can sling on your back for the short walk to the beach were my favorite beach closet items. I would absolutely stay here again! Amelia Island is a gem of a vacation spot. Not crowded at all. The “island hopper” golf cart we rented was super fun to see the entire plantation and all it’s beauty. Thank you to the Chenards for letting us stay at your perfect beach condo!!

Nice location

Owners are great, very nice and reply quickly to questions. No check-in problems, all was fine. The condo is in a nice location that is quiet. By far, the outside scenery is the golden ticket here. The tree-lined roads and grounds are mature and gorgeous. The beds were comfortable. The condo kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. If you cook meals like I do, there is a Harris Teeter nearby, but you may want to drive the 10 miles to Wal-Mart for a larger order. The only hang-up I had with this place, was the size of the master bath. It looks to be an addition from a former closet. The full-size sink is separate, then there is a closet folding door with the stand-up shower and toilet behind. If you are of a larger size, you will find this unsatisfactory. At my age, I just appreciate more space in my shower/toilet area. It was very cramped and we are not large people. There is a large beach cart in the closet for use to carry all of your gear. The beach is about a 7 minute walk from the condo, across the street, up a small hill, then along the wooden walkway down to the beach. The community pool is barely visible from the back deck and can be accessed around the building, along a wood path of steps. This facility has the feel of adult tenants - not many kids around. I took my three kids (ages 22, 12 and 11) and they never had other kids at the pool and only a few at the beach to play with during our stay. Overall, for the price, it was a great deal.

Quick walk to the beach!

This condo is located on the gated Amelia Island Resort property and is a quick walk to the uncrowded beaches. It was just the vacation that our family needed.

Comfortable and well appointed

The unit was clean and comfortable and well appointed. It was great for families. It was super close to the path to the beach (right across the street). I have stayed in several beachwood units over the years and this is one of the nicest.

Confusion between verbo Amelia island realty and vacasa initially no record of my three payments ?creating a lot of stress for me . I was told I had to prove I had paid ? Mold musty smell had to empty dehumidifier every four hours because I am allergic to mold please respond my comments thank you

Great property!

Great proximity to beach. Great property. Pool was nice. Exactly as described. Sent a couple emails to property management company about two issues (dehumidifier and patio door latch) and never heard back. Also about a package that was accidentally left in the unit, also never heard back.

Great location

The property location is great. Literally a 2 min walk to the beach. The condo was lacking though, in serious need of some updates or refresh. However, the beds and linen were very comfortable.

quiet,cozy condo

Loved this condo, it is nestled between the live oaks in the Amelia Plantation. Beach access is just a short walk right across the street. Also, a Short walk to the other amenities, restaurants, spa on the resort without being near the crowds but the shuttle comes to the condo if needed. Well stocked kitchen, clean, beds are comfy, beach closet was well stocked as well and loved the option of renting the bikes if possible. Only thing that could probably be upgraded is the couch but still not a big deal. Price was great. Communication with owners prior to booking was always quick and thorough. Thank you to the Chenards for a lovely place to stay!
