Regarding communication, all messages are handled directly by our team through the vrbo platform to ensure guests receive timely assistance throughout their stay. We’d also like to clarify that the note about the condo potentially being shown while it is on the market is clearly mentioned in the listing description. When a showing is requested, we always contact guests in advance and it is completely optional for them to accommodate it. If guests agree, the visit is very brief and typically lasts no more than about 15 minutes. We appreciate your stay and are happy everything worked out well during your visit.

However, we would like to mention that the construction noise and its effects on the surrounding area were clearly stated in our listing, and the rate was discounted 50% accordingly. We are glad that despite that, you still enjoyed the view of the condo and the building amenities. However, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the water heater during your stay. We understand that this issue caused significant inconvenience for you, however, we would like to clarify that as soon as we were made aware of the issue, we immediately arranged for the water heater to be replaced. We also want to bring to your attention that although the leak was minimal, consisting of only occasional drops, it required significant effort to rectify completely. We were mindful of not disrupting your vacation and therefore placed a bucket beneath the heater as a temporary measure. Unfortunately we couldn’t offer a refund as you wished, as the problem was solved very quickly, but we did offer a complimentary transportation service to the airport for you and your family as a gesture of our appreciation. We take all guest feedback seriously, and we will be working with our property manager to improve the communication and repair process for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back soon.

While this is outside of our control, we understand how this may be inconvenient, especially for guests with mobility considerations, and we appreciate you highlighting it. • The check-in process has since been updated. It is now completed in the main lobby, which is more spacious and comfortable, rather than at the security station. • Housekeeping service is included for stays of 7 nights or more. • While there is a newer building within the complex, the view from the unit’s balcony remains unchanged, maintaining its open ocean view as shown in the listing. Regarding the short construction road you mentioned, we want to highlight that this information is included in the listing notes with additional pictures, to make guests aware of this aspect before booking, we regret to know it wasn’t quite explicit for you. Nevertheless, it's important to note that the road is still completely accessible for both walking and cars, ensuring convenience despite its rugged terrain. As well as the construction taking place in the facilities, the note is clearly stated in our listing and the rates have been accordingly reduced because of that. While we are unable to precisely reflect the impact of the construction, as it varies depending on the current stage during visits, it's worth noting that the construction is currently in an advanced stage, and we have not received any recent complaints from other guests. The ant infestation and hot water heater issues are not reflective of the high standards we strive to maintain. We have already initiated an immediate inspection to address the ant problem, and our maintenance team is working diligently to resolve the hot water heater's reliability issues.
