Come stay in your own oceanfront Condo! From the moment you walk into this vacation paradise, you will experience the tranquility that comes from living directly on the beach! Located on the heart of St. Augustine Beach with direct access to the Pier Park. The Pier area offers a splash park, covered pavilion, volleyball courts and bocce courts. The Pier also offers fishing and sightseeing! This oceanfront condo is also in walking distance to swim and apparel shops, seaside restaurants and bars.

The Atlantic Ocean is the main attraction of the family room. The view, the comfortable couches and chairs, the gentle sound of the ocean waves rolling in—a perfect place for you to relax. At night enjoy your favorite programs on the large flat screen TV.

In the morning, step out of the sliding glass doors to the large back terrace to sip your morning coffee. You will enjoy the breathtaking views for miles from the third story balcony, master bedroom, family room and kitchen!

The master suite is complete with a king sized bed, TV, and bathroom with a walk in shower. Watch the sunrise from your bed every morning!

The second bedroom has a queen bed with a separate guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Parking is provided and you will have (1) designated parking space. There are also several guest spots that are on a first come first served basis.

Spend your mornings on the beach, your afternoon by the pool and your nights eating in fabulous restaurants in St. Augustine.

Pier Point South is located in St. Augustine Beach next to Pier Park. That puts you within walking distance to the Farmer and Craft market on Wednesday (as well as the Sunday Farmers Market at the Amphitheater), Fishing, Surfing, and all the white sand beaches you can handle, just feet away from your door. Shopping and restaurants are close by. A playground for the kids, mini-golf and ice cream for the family. Minutes away from the St. Augustine historic district, the serenity of Crescent Beach, and much more. You can enjoy your days exploring town, and romantic nights along the moonlit beachfront.

National Geographic rates Saint Augustine as one of the Top Ten places in the World to see Holiday Lights. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January.
Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheater within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.

For those looking to get more out of your Florida vacation, St. Augustine Beach isn’t far from everything. You can make day trips out of Orlando theme parks, Daytona NASCAR, Kennedy Space Center, Jacksonville Jaguars NFL, PGA / LPGA Golf, and all the shopping you could ever hope for. The Entertainment options are endless, from local performers to national acts all within an easy drive. Great nature areas nearby include the Ocala National Forest, and Ravine Gardens in Palatka. All that matters, there is plenty to keep you occupied.

Great beach spot for St. Augustine vacation

This was the perfect place for our family. We could see the sunrise from the balcony, take a short walk to the beach or pier, and walk to numerous restaurants along A1A. The unit itself was very kid-friendly and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Also an easy drive to get into old town St. Augustine or go south to other state parks. Good communication with Marty when necessary. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to the area.

Beautiful View

Beautiful place to stay. I loved sitting on the couch watching the ocean and sitting on the balcony. Waking up to an ocean view was wonderful. Our condo had amazing comfy beds and was close to shopping.

April get away

The condo was comfortable and the views were fantastic! There were some maintenance needs and it was disappointing that the bedroom windows didn’t work. I was surprised to see the steps to all of the bedrooms but the 1/2 bath on the first floor was nice.

Great location

The condo was super clean and very close to everything we wanted to do. My only reason for the four stars is the lack of an elevator and all the bedrooms on the second floor. We were all 75+ so it was difficult . That being said it is a great condo and I would highly recommend it.

Better than advertised!

We had such a great time at the Oceanfront condo. When they advertise oceanfront, you can not only see but hear the ocean from the condo. The beach is HUGE, and you can walk to the water in about 3 minutes. The condo is small, but when you have a deck and the sand, you aren't inclined to spend much time inside anyway. Walking distance to dining, ice cream, pizza, and the beach makes this place a gem. The night after we arrived, I messaged the owner to see if we could stay for two more nights. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

Very clean

We loved the location and cleanliness of the condo. There was extra coffee and filters etc in the cabinets, which was nice. The Uber to downtown was a quick 10 minutes. Check in was easy. The only downside was the dryer took 3 times to dry clothes. Not a huge problem, just annoying. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall room was good however there was a smell of rotten food in the fridge that did not go away even with the use a 6 containers of baking soda. This made a funky smell in the entire entire condo. Beach access was good and view was good.

Meets Expectations

Great property and met all expectations, linens were great, view was great … if we were to complain the refrigerator was not clean , crumbs, milk spills and the windows in the master bedroom were not operational and did not stay up by them selves and one could not open at all … that’s all the rest of the property was great!

Great view, location and host!

This was our first time visiting Saint Augustine. This ocean front condo was perfect for sipping coffee while watching the sunrise each morning. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes to accommodate more than just the three of us. The windows we not clean, but considering the area literally just went through the tail end of a hurricane, we just cleaned the sliders ourselves so we could enjoy the view. I would also keep in mind that there are no beach chairs available without renting from a local provider. The outlets in the bathrooms need to be secured, which we immediately reported to Marty. He was great to communicate with and we anticipate these items will be addressed for future guests. If you are considering this location, we do recommend it. There is a wonderful pool, the beach is literally just steps away and the historical downtown is a short drive.

Great location and condo, follow up communication terrible

The location is great, right on the beach with a cute trolley that stops out front to take you to Saint Augustine for $5. The pool is convenient and clean. The condo is clean and comfortable with a small balcony that has a lovely ocean view. It was just my husband and me so there was plenty of space. The stairs might be a consideration for those with mobility issues. It's up one short flight to access the condo and inside there are a few stairs to climb to get to the bedrooms. The 3rd party property management firm was quick to respond for payment and check in, but they have become totally unresponsive for a post check out issue that now has to be resolved by VRBO. I didn't realize this was a 3rd party, and wouldn't care if they would follow the VRBO policies and respond. Their lack of response and compliance has now become an issue that VRBO is struggling to resolve. VRBO has been very supportive and responsive, but apparently their influence is limited given this 3rd party status - something to keep in mind. We trust this issue will get properly resolved.
