This beautiful 3 BR 2 BA home is ready to make your vacation amazing. This unit provides plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The master bedroom features a king bed along with a full bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, and the Jack and Jill bathroom is shared with bedroom 3 which has a full-size bed and 2 twins. The full-size kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig along with a drip coffee maker, and is ready for all of your culinary creations. You will love the short walk to and from the beach! In the evening, sit on the large deck with the family and relax to the cool ocean breezes.
The property is a short walk to destinations such as Dead Freddies Island Grill, The Longboard Café, Bad Monkey OC and miniature golf courses just to name a few. This great midtown location (at Rt. 90 Bridge) is also a short drive to attractions at the inlet, north OC, Ocean Pines and gives easy access to events in Salisbury!

* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.

2nd time staying here and we’ll be back again at some point. Great place. The beach isn’t overly crowded and it’s close to everything you’d need. Really enjoyed my morning coffees sitting out on the porch, watching the ocean.

The condo was much bigger than we expected. It was the perfect location to walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Great spot & location!
We had a great time staying here for a longer weekend! The place is super spacious and clean. The location is also great - close to so many good spots, easy beach access and close to a bus stop if you want to head down to the boardwalk. Definitely would stay here again!

Summer Vacation
Will definitely be staying here again. Easy access to the Beach and family attractions. Staff allowed for us to increase our stay we enjoyed it so much. Plenty of room for the families and kids to play on a rainy day. Thank You for the great experience.

Best OC rental in 45 years
This place was fantastic. I have been renting in OC, MD for 45 years with my family of 6 and this place was, by far, the best. I hope I can get the same unit next summer.

Great Moms Getaway
Annual ladies trip to OC….great property! Clean and centrally located. Beautifully decorated and spacious.
Convenient to beach and dining options in town.
Great communication in booking process.

An incredible stay!
We had an absolutely wonderful time! The booking and checkin process was a breeze, with the entry being fully code based, so no worry about driving around picking up and dropping off keys. The place itself was spacious, wonderfully decorated, and offered both great views of the ocean AND bay and a great location with being in walking distance of several restaurants, bars, shops, and other activities not to mention the beach. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location!
We loved the location of this place! It was an easy walk to the beach and the house was so clean and nice. It is on the second floor so a lot of steps to get up there when moving things in.
Our family loved it and we will be returning!

Perfect Beach Condo!
Loved the location of the condo and we finally found a place that felt like home! So welcoming, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back next year!! Easy walk to the beach and near great restaurants - we didn’t have to travel far - we felt in our own little world in OC.

Good location, nice place
You have a nice view between the bay and the oceanfront, uptown enough that it’s quiet but close enough to nice bayside bars and restaurants. Place was clean and comfortable. We all had a great weekend.

Great space and layout and close to beach!
The property was very large and spacious and was very close to most things you’d need. You can walk to many stores and restaurants. The property manager was also very responsive. Only complaint is that we wish the bathrooms were a bit tidier. Overall, great stay!
