Relax in style at this luxe 4BR/3BA Cape Coral home affectionately named ''Sky Palms Villa'' offering an idyllic setting on a deep-water 200' canal. Enjoy the views while sipping coffee on your private dock. Or take your boat out for a day of fun – the open waters of the gulf can be reached with no bridges within 30 minutes.

A caged saltwater pool and hot tub will be a big hit with your group! With plush poolside seating, an alfresco dining area, and a gas grill, it's easy to spend the whole day in this lovely outdoor haven. Explore the canals with your kayaks or enjoy night fishing from the dock, equipped with an underwater light to attract fish.

Inside, highlights include a beautiful living space, a stylish kitchen, and two separate dining areas.

LIVING AREA

Tiled floors and beautiful wooden ceilings feature in the light-filled living space. Sink into a plush recliner, or sprawl out on the sectional. A cushioned bench offers a quiet reading nook, and a 55'' smart TV with cable awaits for movie nights.

KITCHEN & DINING

A pristine kitchen sparkles with all-white cabinetry and appliances. An open design makes it easy to cook and chat.

A breakfast area beside the kitchen seats six with additional seating for two at the bar. There’s room for another six to gather in the formal dining area.

BED & BATH

This house sleeps nine guests between the four contemporary bedrooms.

Natural light pours into a spacious master bedroom, furnished with a king bed and 35” smart TV. An en-suite bath has a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom features a queen bed and a 32” flat-screen, while a third guest room has three twin beds and en-suite bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The stylish fourth bedroom doubles as a family room, offering a queen sleeper sofa and 55” smart TV and game console including fun games. This room opens to the lanai (with child locks) and a semi-en-suite bath.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Watch the world go by from the front porch. Or spend the day relaxing in the caged pool area. This outdoor space also boasts a hot tub, lounge chairs, a large sectional, and a dining area with an eight-person table and gas grill. Gorgeous landscaping that is illuminated at night.

Steps from the pool, a private dock has a four-person patio table. This waterside perch offers a wonderful spot to enjoy the morning sun.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. Two kayaks are provided for your enjoyment.

Parking is available for up to four vehicles in the driveway.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $15 per day.

Drive 12 miles to dig your toes in the soft sand of Fort Myers Beach. For a day out on the gulf waters, drive minutes to arrange trips with a plethora of local fishing charters.

Bringing the kids? Put big smiles on little faces with a trip to Sun Splash Family Waterpark (7.6 miles). Or head to Matlacha Pass Aquatic Preserve (12.6 miles) for kayaking and nature-spotting among the protected mangrove islands.

Restaurants and shops are less than 1.5 miles away in downtown Cape Coral.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 15 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
