Affectionately known as Sand Dollar Dunes, this brand-new and spacious 4BR/3.5BA home is nestled between the white sand beaches of Perdido Key and the Intracoastal Waterway. Your vacation retreat backs up to protected wetlands, providing extra privacy and tranquility during your stay.

Walk, bike, or drive three-quarters of a mile to public beach access or a quarter-mile to Intracoastal access for convenient kayaking or fishing. Enjoy the coastal breeze on two sweeping private balconies, or refresh in the shared pool.

THE LOCATION

Unlike other beach communities, 60 percent of Perdido Key is protected by state parks and national seashores. Take full advantage of this unique feature and explore the area’s unspoiled natural beauty. Enjoy miles of untouched preserves offering kayaking, hiking, bird watching, fishing, and beachcombing.

The Gulf Islands National Seashore was named “Best Beach in Florida” by USA Today in 2015, while Perdido Key was named “Wildlife Destination of the Year” in 2017 by Luxury Travel Guide.

Walk to the beach or drive five minutes to secluded Johnson Beach National Seashore. An abundance of restaurants, golf courses, hiking/fishing spots, and boat launches are within easy reach!

LIVING AREA

The open living area offers comfortable seating on a large sectional, which converts to a queen-size sleeper. When you’re not outside enjoying the sunshine, watch or stream your favorite shows on the 50-inch TV with Blu-ray and Roku. Light and airy decor gives the home a pleasing coastal feel.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prep beach snacks in the modern kitchen, equipped with granite counters and a full suite of upscale appliances.

When it’s time to eat, gather at the large table with seating for nine, or sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar with seating for three.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

With three levels of expansive living space, Sand Dollar Dunes at Arborgate can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests.

Occupying the entire second floor, the primary suite is outfitted with a relaxing king bed with memory foam, a futon, armchair, and 32-inch TV. French doors open to the private balcony. The primary bathroom provides abundant space with a double vanity, a separate water closet, a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and two large walk-in closets. Watch the sunrise from your private balcony with seating.

The second bedroom is located on the entry level and is furnished with a full-size daybed with trundle. A convenient half-bath is located adjacent.

On the third floor, the third bedroom features a bamboo-topped memory foam queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a full-size bed, as well as an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This room has access to a private balcony via French doors.

Between the two guest rooms, a bonus sleeping space offers a comfortable twin-size daybed with trundle.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Outdoor space abounds with two panoramic balconies and a gracious front porch. Kick back and relax enjoying the Gulf breeze or host a family cookout with the provided grill.

Enjoy year-round access to the community pool, located just a few houses down from Sand Dollar Dunes.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
