Fox Cottage *Pet Friendly*

Fox Cottage is a thoughtfully designed eclectic modern retreat nestled beside our beautifully preserved 115-year-old Victorian home. Tucked along a peaceful, wooded path, this private cottage offers the perfect balance of charm, comfort, and convenience — ideal for couples, professionals, concertgoers, and travelers bringing their furry companions.

The cottage features a comfortable queen bedroom with a plush Linenspa memory foam topper, plus a cozy loft with a full-size memory foam mattress accessed by a vintage wooden ladder. The loft adds character to the space and is best suited for guests comfortable climbing a ladder for the young at heart or children over 5.

Enjoy preparing your dinner with a fully stocked kitchen and a medium-size refrigerator and freezer, for your left overs or groceries. Then settle in and relax with complimentary Netflix on our Smart TV or a selection of books and games for cozy indoor evenings.

The bath features a towel warmer, Amenie Lavender Mint Spa products. and "Did you Forget" items.

If you plan on working, enjoy fast wifi for video calls, a desk and Power Chargers with USB plugs conveniently located on either side of the bed, the kitchen and living room to keep your devices fully charged.

Step outside to your private seating area and unwind beside the chiminea fire feature — perfect for morning coffee while listening to birds chirping, an evening glass of wine, or relaxing after a day of exploring. It’s common to spot foxes and deer passing through the surrounding wooded area, adding to the peaceful natural setting.

There’s also a small park across the main road with a playground, tennis courts and walking trails.

There are NO PARTIES, gatherings or events allowed. No exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.

This home is located in a residential area. Guests are expected to respect neighbors, maintain reasonable noise levels at all times, and comply with all local ordinances.

Dog-Friendly Amenities

~The cottage area includes a FENCED space for dogs, allowing your pet to enjoy the outdoors safely. Our friendly dogs may occasionally be on the other side of the fence in the main yard. For everyone’s comfort and safety, please keep your dog on the cottage side of the fence, as sometimes even friendly dogs’ energy may not always match.

~If you'd like to explore local attractions where pets are not permitted, PET SITTING visits are available for $20 per visit, providing flexibility and peace of mind during your stay.

~We have NO PET FEE, breed and size restrictions or how many of your furry companions you bring.
