We are so happy that you loved our location. Being right on the beach we find that guests walk right in and the snad on their shoes ends up in the condo. Our cleaners back their way out of the condo with Swiffer Sweapers trailing them to ensure that no sand is left behind. Having said that, if you ever need additional service please call us right away and we will do anything that is necessary to make things right - to include providing additional broom of vacuums to help improve the quality of your stay.

Colt, thank you for your honest feedback. We are glad to see you enjoyed the views and property. We believe the previous guest had enjoyed a big seafood dinner the night before your check in. We were able to allow time and a couple deep cleans resolve the leftover smell throughout the condo. Our team will take a look at the TVs to determine whether replacement is necessary. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The HOA was also able to resolve the elevator issues you encountered. We apologize for the inconvenience, as the HOA had to wait on a part to be delivered. We'd love to re-host you and be given the opportunity to show you a better experience. Come back soon!

Pamela, I literally have no words as I have never heard of a guest doing that at this property. I will send this to HOA as well. We do have this unit scheduled for a full redo this Fall. Please do not hesitate to reach out directly if I can be of any assistance to you.

Amanda, thank you for the kind review. Our maintenance team is working on making repairs and we are in the process of replenishing kitchens and items and updating them! We also have started with a new linen service and have seen a higher quality of linens provided. We are glad you were able to enjoy the property and amenities!
