Our home is the perfect spot for a getaway with friends, relaxing family vacation Our goal is for our guests to feel like they are staying in their own second home rather than an impersonal rental. 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Sleeps 7 this home is 29 nights minimum stay
Designer-renovated and furnished. High-end kitchen and bathrooms, new stainless appliances and in-house washer/dryer. Real hard-wood floors throughout, new AC and plumbing fixtures throughout, Fantastic vacation home! Tastefully decorated, clean and convenient location!

One bedrooms with king beds second with California king and one bedrooms with queen bed second with twin. Fully-stocked and clean updated kitchen with open dining area.

A Very Nice Place to Stay

We spent the month of February here and enjoyed it very much. The exterior of this home is very attractive, but the recently renovated open concept interior is outstanding, especially the first-rate kitchen and bathrooms. We needed to get a butane lighter and also clean out a few orifices on the outdoor grill, but then it worked fine. The nearby road noise and jets overhead are tolerable, but they are a frequent presence. Other than that, the location is fairly convenient by car to multiple beaches, museums, shopping and restaurants.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location is convenient to many attractions and the home was well stocked with essentials. It is a beautiful home, nicely updated. The property owner was quick to respond to questions/concerns.

Beautiful house on a noisy street

This is a beautiful house which was recently remodeled. Everything appears to be brand new. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, spices and appliances. The three bathrooms are new and stylish with plenty of soaps, shampoos, and towels. The lanai is nice, great pool and lovely landscaping (it is like a jungle oasis). What can’t be fixed is it is in the flight path of Sarasota-Bradenton airport. Also, it backs up to Bahia Vista Road which is a four lane thoroughfair through Sarasota. The noise is constant and sometimes deafening. There is no way to enjoy the lanai as it is never quiet. The design of the remodel is wrong. If an engineer or designer did this remake, he should lose his license. There is a beautiful new full bath with double vanity which was placed between the kitchen and the garage. It is nowhere near a bedroom. From the two guest bedrooms you would need to walk through the kitchen and living room to get to it. The second bathroom is in an open hall which is exposed to the kitchen. The second bedroom with king bed which could be a second master has no bathroom. The laundry room is up against this bedroom. That laundry should have been the bathroom and the laundry should have been between the kitchen and garage. The listing says it has a Smart TV which it does. What I missed in the listing was there is no cable or satellite. There are hundreds of stations but none you ever heard of. There are no local channels or NBC, CBS, ABC, CNBC, HGTV, Discover, Food, NGO, or PBS, A&E, ESPN, TLC or USA channels. Also, most lanais have a patio table setup on the lanai, this place does not. To be clear my intent was not and is not to disparage this house. It is to clearly let you know what you are getting. If you live in a city and noise does not bother, you then this is your place. It is close to everything in Sarasota and the local beaches.

Just as described, peaceful, beautiful and great location

Loved our stay so much we already booked next year! Photos don’t do the property Justice. Heated and private salt water pool was delightful and relaxing. Owner very responsive to questions. No problem for us, and did not at all interfere but for those ultra sensitive there’s some traffic noise when at the pool as the property backs up to Bahia Vista. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. The house is well insulated and very quiet.

Great Host and Home

I want to say Ava was an excellent host, the home is beautiful, and we'll distributed. There was plenty of room for 4 Business Travellers, the neighborhood is nice and quiet with plenty of nearby grocery stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this home to future guest and their families.

Beautiful House

The house was just as it is described and pictured. We rented to relax with family as we traveled around Florida. The house was well stocked and immaculate. The host was very responsive and accommodating. My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay in Sarasota.

Our 37 days in Sarasota

This property was better than the pictures make it look. Every room is bigger than you would expect. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room and family room is great for entertaining. And it opens to the lanai and pool area. Each bedroom becomes your private space when you have extra people in the home. The large island in the kitchen allows for extra seating and just a great place to chat. I highly recommend this property.
