Absolutely stunning home, filled with every amenity you could possibly need for an incredible stay. We were traveling with a young baby as well as our dog, and this home and the hosts made it the perfect vacation. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be looking to stay here again the next time we are in Sarasota!

The house located in a great area Short and easy drive to the beach Beautiful inside and out as described by the owners It is very spacious and comfortable has everything you need in kitchen to cook with no issues We enjoyed the heated pool a lot We really liked it and we will recommend it to anyone

This was our second stay at this property and it gets better every time! The house was very clean and super functional for our family, The hosts were fantastic and quick to respond to our questions. We appreciate the hospitality! We love the Sarasota area and we are already planning our next trip!

Extraordinary hosts! Home was well-appointed, comfortable, and as described. Many options for entertainment. We visited Sunset Villa with adult family members meeting in FL for a wedding, and we enjoyed reminiscing and laughing over dinner on the screened-in lanai and in the pool, but this would be a wonderful home for families with children as well. So many options for screen-free entertainment. Plenty of televisions for those games you can't miss, or, in our case, streaming Italian jazz in the background to set a wonderful mood.We have rented with VRBO for over three decades and have had many wonderful hosts, but Roberto exceeded all! He was responsive, kind, and extremely accommodating and generous.We felt more like guests than renters. Would rent with them again.

We were in Sarasota for a wedding and this place was so perfect. We were within minutes of everywhere we needed to be. The house was so spacious and we had absolutely everything we could think of that we might need. The game room was such a nice “man cave” area for watching March Madness and the girls loved the pool. We will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful home in great location. The host thought of everything to make their home, your home for your stay. We would definitely recommend this property for families.

Everything at this properly was exactly as described! We all enjoyed relaxing at the home, using the pool, games and amenities! The best part is that theyre dog friendly!!! Will return again!

Wonderful vacation home

We loved our staycation at this clean, well-equipped home! Lots of thoughtful details went into planning, decorating & outfitting. We were very comfortable & able to stretch out in all the various spaces inside & outside! 5 Stars all around!!!

A little piece of paradise!

This property was beautiful! It kept us all young adults occupied! Between the game room, pool, the shed with a bunch of outdoor activities, and the surrounding area with restaurants and bars we stayed busy! 100% I’d recommend staying and would stay again!

Perfect for our Thanksgiving celebration

The house was perfect for 2 families including teens and young adults. With 2 master suites, a game room and large screened in lanai, there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The home has been beautifully renovated with the latest finishes. We even hosted our extended family for thanksgiving and there was room to seat 20 comfortably. Highly recommend!

Best Spring Break Vacation

Our family had the most amazing trip to Sarasota! The house was perfect for us. The location was amazing-a quiet community 15 minutes (or less) from all of the attractions, The house was clean, well-stocked and offered great amenities. The boys loved playing in the pool and our family enjoyed evenings at the fire pit. The game table inside the house was also a lot of fun. The kitchen was modern and had everything that we needed. The hosts were responsive before our stay and offered some great recommendations for golf and fishing. During our stay they reached out several times to check and see if we needed anything. We would absolutely recommend this house to other families. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to plan on coming back!

I can't say enough good things about this property! Everything was very clear and easy from booking, any questions I had, checking in and out. Owners are some of the most professional individuals I have worked with in booking vacation homes. Property was easy to find and in a great location, only a short drive to the beach and shopping! The amenities provided were more than expected. After our drive from Orlando it was nice to have snacks and something cold in the fridge upon arrival. Couch was a perfect space for our whole family to snuggle up, unwind and relax after a long day at the beach and watch a movie! Beds were very comfy even the kids mentioned it :) Umbrellas, chairs and cooler provided came in handy for beach use. Pool was clean and refreshing. Our family wouldn't hesitate staying here again should our travels bring us back to the area. Thank you!!

Perfect Family Getaway – We Loved It!We had such an amazing time at the Sunset Villa House! We were two families of 5 (10 total) with kids ranging from 6 to 18, and the house worked out perfectly for all of us. It was super clean, spacious, and fully stocked—even the kitchen had everything, including an air fryer!Having two master suites was a huge bonus for the adults, and the shed full of beach gear, games, and even two beach cruisers was awesome. The pool was on the smaller side, but that made it perfect for the younger kids who aren’t strong swimmers yet.The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful, with stunning homes near the bay that were fun to walk past. There’s a great park within walking distance, and our dog loved exploring the area with us.The location was ideal—Siesta Beach was only a 15-minute drive, and for date night, St. Armand’s Circle was just as close, with great shopping, dining, and beachside charm.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If you’re looking for a comfortable, pet-friendly spot for a large group or two families, this is it!

Great layout for a family gathering. The high chair and pack-n-play for our grandson was especially useful. We all loved the game room with its wide variety of games and the infinity table. We ended the long weekend relaxing around the fire pit and making smores. Thanks to Roberto for being an amazing host!
