This 3-bedroom private pool home sleeps 6 and is located in a prime location in Bradenton! You are also a short drive from local groceries, restaurants, and the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals, along with a big dining room off the kitchen with a slider out to the pool. The main living room offers a large flat screen tv and a comfortable sofa along with large sliding doors overlooking the pool deck. Just off this area you also have an additional seating area to enjoy a nice book or get some work done if needed.

Spend your day relaxing by the beautiful south-facing pool, soak up some rays, take a dip, and enjoy everything all Florida has to offer! The exterior comes fully equipped with an additional table and chairs as well as a TV outside for your enjoyment. Enjoy cooking on the BBQ? One is conveniently located for your use during the stay.

This home is located less than 3 miles from the Palma Sola Causeway and 6 miles from Anna Maria Island. Conveniently located close to Publix, Starbucks, as well as a few local favorites like Joey Ds or Habeneros Mexican grill.

*Pool is heated by Solar and the temperature of the water is based on several factors and cannot be controlled or changed manually.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

comfortable Home

I really like the house! Clean, organized, everything worked well. The only thing was, I didn’t find the tv remote from the master bedroom, the 2 lampshade from The master didn’t work, and the washer machine was not working properly… but the rest was super good 🙌👏🙏

Great place!

We had a great stay. The house was super clean, had all the amenities that you need. Loved the pool. Great location, close to everything. We just wish the two bedrooms had dressers. It was kind of a bummer to live out of our suitcase for seven days. Definitely recommend.

Nice place

This house was in a good location as it had grocery, drug and most any kind of store you’d need close by. Plenty of restaurants, easy access to the beaches. I would recommend paying to have pool heated if going in February. Days were 80 but nights were low 60 so that cooled the pool down. Nice house, plenty of room, great patio with pool. Plenty of towels, dishware etc. would rent again. Good folks to work with.
