Parking: 1 standard size vehicle permitted (first come, first serve in parking lot behind building. Additional spots are available nearby)
Starter Pack: Includes 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hotel-style soaps for each bathroom, kitchen sponge, dish soap, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack
Golf Carts: Golf carts are prohibited per the HOA. Violators will be fined and carts will be towed at guests expense.
Bikes: Not included, but available for rent nearby.
Resort Amenities: Includes complimentary access to Watercolor community pools, the Watercolor Beach Club, and Camp Watercolor
Elevator Access: To the top-floor unit.
In-Unit Laundry: Stacked washer and dryer.
Pack and Play: In guest suite closet.
Beach Chairs and Umbrellas: Available for rent at the beach club on a first come, first serve basis.
WaterColor Trolley: Operates daily in season (April - Labor Day) from 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM, circulating to all WaterColor neighborhoods, community pools, and the Beach Club

Bunk Nook: Sleeps 3 in a Twin over Full Bunk with under-bed storage, privacy doors, no TV, and access to the shared full bath.
