We also appreciate you mentioning the beach gear and delivery timing. We have since confirmed there should be at least three beach chairs available at the property. Beach umbrellas are not currently a standard provided amenity at this home, though we are always reviewing guest feedback for future improvements. We understand the delivery delay was frustrating and appreciate your patience. Our team did experience staffing shortages that day, which unfortunately impacted timing, but we made every effort to stay in communication and keep you updated throughout the process.
