This is a great property. I liked that it’s pet friendly. There’s a nice fenced area where I could bring my small dog. I like the pool and the hot tub very much. The house was clean. We were there for four days, two adults, and it was wonderful.

My family and I really enjoyed the property, it was very clean and equipped with all the things we needed, the house was very entertaining and so you can relax and enjoy your stay. They was very good with the communication and responde we’re immediately.We want to be back for our next vacation. It is steps from the beach.

Beautiful property, especially the backyard pool and spa. Steps to the beach and minutes to dining, shopping…House was roomy and clean, with good AC. Would definitely come back.

Loved the location , House was clean! Back yard was awesome. I was under the impression that we would have access to the garage from the pictures, but it was locked. It was a great stay. The hot tub jets were hit and miss, but the maintenance pool guy did fix but ended up shorting out again a day later. You could walk to beach , the sunrise was an absolute must.

It was amazing, location steps from beach, house was super clean, beds were soooooo comfortable, supplied well with all we needed, pool clean, jacuzzi heat was perfect, NO complaints !!

Great Location

Beautiful property. We enjoyed how close it was to everything. The pool and spa were great! Property was clean and had everything we needed.

Very nice place

Pool and hot tub were great. Pool was full of debris when we got there but we called and they took care of it right away. Great place!

Beautiful home

This home was absolutely beautiful! Everything was very clean, nicely taken care of, and the backyard and pool were fantastic. It was walking distance to lots of great shops and even to the beach, which was fantastic. We would definitely be back!

Another great visit to AMI!

This house was on a quiet street of AMI but still close to main restaurants/shops and 15 min walk to beach. Perfect for 2 couples plus kids who can share bunk room!

The house/property were as described. Cleanliness exceeded our expectations. Really enjoyed the single level old Florida feel. If anything could be changed, the pool temp is probably a little too warm. Thanks for the great stay! Much needed decompression!!!

Perfect AMI stay!

We loved our stay at Wave N Sea. The rental service could not have been nicer or easier to work with. The house is located in an ideal location, walking distance to everything, and very clean.. exactly as advertised. The backyard was even more beautiful than pictures let on. Great stay.

Winter getaway

Rental was perfect for our week long vacation. The house was very clean and the backyard pool was awesome. During our stay the pool broke down but the property manager was excellent about communicating with me and getting the issue resolved as quickly as possible. We would definitely rent this property again.

Perfect Stay

This vacation home perfectly met our needs for a relaxing getaway with our 2 pups. Having a pool and a yard was the top of our list along with cleanliness. This house was perfectly clean and seems almost new! Usually when we rent a house or condominium there is always some little problem but not with this house. Already looking at my calendar for my next trip to Anna Maria Island.

Great location; cute home!

This rental has a great layout with comfy beds. All was nice during our stay; except the pool. The pool was super hot, it was June when we rented it. The temperature was 90-95 each afternoon in the pool. The pool and landscape are really pretty though. And it was nice to have a grill for our cookout by the pool.

Nice pool

Generally ok accommodations. Pool was warm, hot tub hot, bedrooms a little small but comfortable. Our one issue was with the cleanliness of the master bedroom shower. It had mildew all the way around the inside base that was never cleaned. Could have used some windex to clean all the glass tops.

We had a great time

Stayed for four weeks and had a great time there were only two things that were negative for us firstly make sure you take insect repellent! Certainly in April we did have issues and bites so for comfort make sure you have this. Second was the bed in the en-suite master bedroom- memory foam mattress well these maybe good for some people but not for us at all. So just two small points otherwise great!
