Hello Jeremy! Thank you for staying with us and for your kind feedback. We hope to host you again!

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that overall your stay was great, but we’re very sorry for the issues you encountered with the trash not being removed prior to arrival, the entry code not working, and the hot water not reaching an adequate temperature in the master bathtub. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating those issues would have been—especially at check-in. We also apologize that the initial guidance regarding the faucet was not helpful in resolving the temperature concern. We’ll be reviewing each of these points with our team to ensure better preparation, clearer communication, and proper maintenance moving forward. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we hope we’ll have the opportunity to host you again for a smoother stay.

So glad that you had a great time and that you enjoyed your stay! We hope that you book with us again in the future!

Regarding kitchen items, we provide standard supplies consistent with most vacation rentals, but we appreciate your comments and will review whether additional items could improve the guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced during your stay. Once you notified us about the door code and ice buildup, our team was contacted immediately to address both concerns. Guest safety is very important to us, and we take reports like this seriously, especially during winter conditions where ice can develop quickly. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention so they could be acted on, and we’ll continue working with our team to ensure systems and exterior areas are monitored closely during colder weather.

Hello, thank you for staying at Due North and for providing your valuable feedback. We apologize for the issue with the seating and the smoke detectors. We had the detectors examined, but the wiring must have been affected by the storm. Best wishes!

Hello Angela-I hope to provide more info for you here about what you experienced for future guests. We have a year-round pest control contract and they are always willing to come out and treat for pesky critters that find the home inviting, which has been treated again since your stay. The visit from the chief was regarding a permit process already in progress with the city and not of concern. We regret that you were visited in that way, and would love for you to come again to scenic Due North!

Hello Kelly. We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Due North. We have taken steps to address the mice issue in the home. We hope that you'll return to Due North soon!

Thanks for your review, Rebecca! As you stated, we have remedied the pest issue with our additional service call for our year-round contract. Thanks for allowing us the chance to take care of you and we are so glad you enjoyed Due North!

Hi Linda. We value your feedback about the home. We have addressed all concerns with our management and maintenance teams. Safe travels!
