Elegant character building steeped in history dating from 1920, completely renovated into a very comfortable holiday home, nestled in the peace and quiet of the picturesque, charming and perfectly preserved village of Anzy-le-Duc (renowned for its sumptuous listed Romanesque church from the 11th century) & 6.5 km from the charming medieval market town of Marcigny, a "Cluniac site" particularly known for its Monday morning market created in 1266 (very numerous amenities on site including supermarkets). Magnificent landscaped setting surroundings mixing agriculture and nature, nestled in the unspoiled Brionnaise countryside, in the heart of the bucolic local hilly bocage, in the hollow of the verdant Arconce valley, very close to the banks of the Loire (the last wild river in Europe protected as a "Natura 2000 Zone" for its very rich ecosystems) bordered by the "quiet canal" connecting Roanne to Digoin. Total tranquility, in the heart of the gentle, unspoiled Brionnais countryside, nestled in the hollow of the bucolic hilly bocage not far from a vast national forest like the banks of the Loire, a natural site protected in "Natura 2000 Zone" for the quality of its rich ecosystems (migration, reproduction & nesting axis for many species including some very rare / fish, amphibians, mammals, birds ...). Spacious cottage with very good comfort. Beautiful volumes. Warm "bourgeois" country character, opulent & refined, combining "vintage" spirit & contemporary touches. Pleasant colorful "pop" atmosphere, dialoguing with the exotic soul of the place (stone lintels & original parquet floors). Lots of charm. Cozy & cozy. Single-story gîte (ground floor): kitchen, living room (double sofa bed 140x190cm as an extra), 2 bedrooms (double bed 160x200cm / 2 single beds 90x190cm) with private bathrooms (bathtub/WC), separate WC. Enclosed courtyard + courtyard terrace (gravel) + bicycle storage + private parking. Foosball and ping-pong table in the barn adjoining the gîte. Shops and supermarkets 6.5 km away.
