Great Wedding Getaway

We had a small group come into town for a wedding at The Fenway Hotel and this home helped make it a great weekend! The home itself is incredibly designed from an aesthetic perspective and the location was hard to beat. If you're going to the beach it's about a 15 minute ride, but anything in Dunedin is within 5 minutes. I can't recommend this place enough and we'll look to stay here again if we're in town.

Little Slice of Heaven

Our third year, that probably says it all. Quiet, peaceful garden setting with beautiful deck to sit out on while enjoying coffee or an evening libation. We love it there.

The host was very accommodating to my short stay. They were able to clean and arrange the house in time for me to check-in a few minutes early. The house was amazing and conveniently located. Just as advertised. Thanks!

Coming back next year for 3rd Time

Need I say more? Love the hosts, quiet peaceful garden backyard with cozy cottage that suits our tastes. Great location for walking, biking and eating at restaurants galore. Easy to get around.

Spring break

We had a great time staying here. The house was super clean and the decor was very welcoming. The location is convenient to the beach and restaurants and the street is very quiet. The matresses are a little too firm for us pillow toppers, but nothing we couldnt handle. The owners were very responsive to any questions once we were there. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and convenient

Vanessa was an excellent host! The house is gorgeous and had everything you could need for your stay. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, kitchen supplies, and beach towels provided. Not far from Clearwater beaches, only about 15 minutes and the downtown Dunedin area is great to grab something to eat and even has a little pier that’s beautiful at sunset.

Thanksgiving

Stayed for Thanksgiving with my 6 year old son, brother and his girlfriend. The place was great, the decor was amazing. Very comfortable cozy place. The only issue was the first night the AC was not on and took the owner a while to answer, the AC can only be controlled by the owner. Luckily the weather took care of itself and we didn't need the AC on.

Short & Very Sweet

We had such a wonderful, but short, stay at this very sweet home. Clean, cozy, and quite stylish, we were able to make ourselves very comfortable. The outside deck and garden were such a treat. Spent one morning enjoying the birds and butterflies visiting the very beautiful space.

Birthday Getaway

Had the pleasure of scoring this beautiful home for my birthday weekend. If you are in search of a place to stay whether on business or pleasure, this is an absolute gem to book for your trip. The interior of this property was so well put together, it creates a unique vibe that will leave you sad as you are checking out for your end of trip. Plus you couldn’t have asked for a better location. Right in the middle of all the action! Thank you Vanessa for such a wonderful stay.

Home was very nice, had a bit of trouble with television having instructions by the remote would have been helpful. Not walking distance to the beach, beach is a 20 min drive.There is a bay nearby which was very nice for walking.

Beautiful and well-appointed home

This home was exactly as described and felt like we were walking into a professionally designed home. It was spacious for the two of us and would have easily accommodated four people/two couples. Super comfy beds/linens, large closets, full size fridge with ice maker/water (bonus!) and fair size patio overlooking the home owners garden. Kitchen was well stocked, minus the dishwasher which we knew about. We felt very safe/comfortable in the home/community.Vanessa has another property behind this one, a smaller ‘casita’, and she and her family also live on the property in another building, but you’d never really know it as we barely saw them or the other VRBO occupants.The purpose of our trip was to watch baseball which was about a 15 minute walk from the property. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy and clean—out of the Clearwater tourist fray in quaint Dunedin

This spot is a real gem. Because it was just my friend and I (for a Moms Getaway) we didn’t mind that there wasn’t laundry on site. For those with kiddos or more people it’s something to note. I’m sure there’s a laundromat nearby. Vanessa’s communication was just right and we enjoyed the quiet secluded yard and neighborhood.

Little slice of paradise

We spent just short of two months with Vanessa and Dajango enjoying their little slice of trophy paradise, already booked again for next year. Need I say more. Cute very livable bungalow in a garden setting. Spent morning and evenings on the private backyard deck enjoining their peaceful space. Easy living just as pictures depict with two wonderful hosts. PS - short walk to Pinellas trail and the water, did it almost every day.

Tranquility

The cozy bungalow, lives up to all the prior reviews and our expectations. There’s a certain vibe in the home where you just feel comfortable. The atmosphere and decor creates a warm, welcoming environment. The home is very clean and we had all the essentials. The property owner, Vanessa was readily available to answer any questions. She was very friendly and engaging. So if you’re looking for a place to really unwind, kickback and relax, I would highly recommend the cozy bungalow.

A Tropical Paradise !

Extremely clean home. Backyard is beautiful, a wonderful place to relax, very tropical. Vanessa and Django are kind, friendly and responded very quickly to any of our questions. It was a pleasure to meet them both. The house was in a perfect location for us, the walk from the house to Pinellas Trail is 5 min, the walk to the Jays stadium is 15 min. Thank you Vanessa and Django for sharing your home with us.

Lovely old craftsman on a gorgeous lot

Lovely 100 year old craftsman home updated with all the modern amenities. We learned about permaculture gardening. Admired the hard work that has been put into the amazing yard. A lot of hard work, for sure. They have used every inch of the property to support this life style. Home is located on a quiet street and close to downtown Dunedin, the ballpark and Honeymoon Island is a 15 minute drive. We loved it! Owners were easy to reach and helpful. Thanks for having us. Beautiful space & property in quiet, serene neighborhood

House was beautifully decorated with live plants and soothing textures and colors. Furniture was super comfortable (chairs, sofa, beds) and we appreciated the little extras such as organic healthy snacks, organic teas. Every detail of the space and the property is meant to nourish, support, and inspire from the decorating to the plants to the stunning yard full of life. Hosts were incredibly responsive, kind, and even gave me cuttings of a plant I admired and leaves of a tree I use in cooking. Loved the tour of the permaculture property and spending time each day painting and writing with the garden views. Such a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Highly recommend and hope to return again!

Relaxing stay

This is such a peaceful, quiet, well-appointed house that is within easy walking distance of bike paths, restaurants, and Blue Jays TD Ballpark (20-30 minutes). Back deck and garden were nice. Note that the owners live in the house in the backyard and sometimes it didn't seem as private as we might have liked. The house was very clean and attractive. I wish that there was a house manual to explain procedures related to light switches, thermostat and garbage/recycling. Driveway is very narrow. But, overall, this is a great little house that we would highly recommend.
