Great Wedding Getaway

We had a small group come into town for a wedding at The Fenway Hotel and this home helped make it a great weekend! The home itself is incredibly designed from an aesthetic perspective and the location was hard to beat. If you're going to the beach it's about a 15 minute ride, but anything in Dunedin is within 5 minutes. I can't recommend this place enough and we'll look to stay here again if we're in town.

Little Slice of Heaven

Our third year, that probably says it all. Quiet, peaceful garden setting with beautiful deck to sit out on while enjoying coffee or an evening libation. We love it there.

Slice of Paradise

If you have the chance to book this amazing property, do not pass it up. You will not be disappointed! We stayed at this slice of paradise for a week. The host Vanessa was so kind, the location is great and the house was well stocked.

the pictures and amenities of this property where not as the pictures and ad shows. this property is shared with three other properties in the same back yard, the pictures show a fire log pit and pond that are not accessible. the amenities say there is a washer and dryer and when i asked the host where they where, the reply was that it is not available for our stay and that there is a pay laundry down the street

Need I say more? Love the hosts, quiet peaceful garden backyard with cozy cottage that suits our tastes. Great location for walking, biking and eating at restaurants galore. Easy to get around.

Spring break

We had a great time staying here. The house was super clean and the decor was very welcoming. The location is convenient to the beach and restaurants and the street is very quiet. The matresses are a little too firm for us pillow toppers, but nothing we couldnt handle. The owners were very responsive to any questions once we were there. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and convenient

Vanessa was an excellent host! The house is gorgeous and had everything you could need for your stay. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, kitchen supplies, and beach towels provided. Not far from Clearwater beaches, only about 15 minutes and the downtown Dunedin area is great to grab something to eat and even has a little pier that’s beautiful at sunset.

Amazing rental!

The house was absolutely adorable, extremely easy to find and the property manager was so sweet! I HIGHLY recommend this property and if I visit the area again, I will stay here if available. Only thing was the drive way is slimmer than an average drive way, if you have a vehicle larger than an Explorer you may not fit but there is possible other places to park just communicate it when booking.

Short & Very Sweet

We had such a wonderful, but short, stay at this very sweet home. Clean, cozy, and quite stylish, we were able to make ourselves very comfortable. The outside deck and garden were such a treat. Spent one morning enjoying the birds and butterflies visiting the very beautiful space.

Birthday Getaway

Had the pleasure of scoring this beautiful home for my birthday weekend. If you are in search of a place to stay whether on business or pleasure, this is an absolute gem to book for your trip. The interior of this property was so well put together, it creates a unique vibe that will leave you sad as you are checking out for your end of trip. Thanksgiving

Stayed for Thanksgiving with my 6 year old son, brother and his girlfriend. The place was great, the decor was amazing. Very comfortable cozy place. The only issue was the first night the AC was not on and took the owner a while to answer, the AC can only be controlled by the owner. Luckily the weather took care of itself and we didn't need the AC on.

Home was very nice, had a bit of trouble with television having instructions by the remote would have been helpful. Not walking distance to the beach, beach is a 20 min drive.There is a bay nearby which was very nice for walking.

Cozy and clean—out of the Clearwater tourist fray in quaint Dunedin

This spot is a real gem. Because it was just my friend and I (for a Moms Getaway) we didn’t mind that there wasn’t laundry on site. For those with kiddos or more people it’s something to note. I’m sure there’s a laundromat nearby. Vanessa’s communication was just right and we enjoyed the quiet secluded yard and neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Within 15 minutes of most anything you could need (including the beach). Super cozy and you could tell a lot of thought went into the design of the home. Thank you for having us. The only thing that would have made it even more complete would have been a washer/dryer - but it was clear on description that one was not on site so we were prepared!

Little slice of paradise

We spent just short of two months with Vanessa and Dajango enjoying their little slice of trophy paradise, already booked again for next year. Need I say more. Cute very livable bungalow in a garden setting. Spent morning and evenings on the private backyard deck enjoining their peaceful space. Easy living just as pictures depict with two wonderful hosts. PS - short walk to Pinellas trail and the water, did it almost every day.

Getting around the town is quickest by car, but most enjoyable by foot or bike. Downtown Dunedin has several bike shops that offer rentals! Take in the historic beach town vibes on the Pinellas trail and meet the locals that make this neighborhood a special destination.
