Waterfront on Cedar Creek Lake with your own covered boat dock, three bedrooms, three baths, sleeps 8, and just an hour southeast of Dallas.

Tie up at the dock, put the paddleboards in, and let the weekend start. The covered slip is right off the property, with the canal out front and open water just around the corner. Mornings here are still water and good fishing. Evenings are the Solo Stove fire pit and whatever is on the gas grill, from a large wood deck with comfortable seating.

Three bedrooms and three full baths sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. Downstairs you'll find a king bedroom, full bath, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Upstairs is a king bedroom with a private en suite and rain shower. And then there's the Loft — a camp-themed retreat with four custom-built queen beds and lots of fun details to discover. The perfect kids' space (adults love it too).

The living room is the heart of the home — 4K Roku TV with basic cable, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a record player for setting the mood. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, including a Keurig. High-speed WiFi throughout, so you can truly WFL (Work From Lake).

Step out onto the large wood deck and take it all in. Comfortable outdoor seating, a Solo Stove fire pit, and a gas grill with peaceful canal views and open water just around the corner. Two inflatable stand-up paddleboards with an electric pump and a solid paddleboard are stored under the back deck for your use.

Located in Malakoff, TX on Cedar Creek Lake — about 60 miles southeast of Dallas and 45 minutes from Tyler. Minutes from great vintage shopping, local restaurants, and easy lake access. The neighborhood is quiet, established, and perfect for morning walks. Our neighbors are wonderful and friendly.

A few things to know before you book. We're in a quiet residential neighborhood where many of our neighbors live full time, and we ask that guests help us keep it that way. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily — violations will result in immediate removal with no refund. Maximum occupancy is 8 registered guests. No parties, events, or unregistered guests. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

Easy no-contact check-in via door code — we'll send it before arrival. Two parking spots are available in front of the garage; please do not park on neighboring properties. We have two outdoor cameras on the property: one at the entrance and one facing the canal, for your safety and ours.
