Unit was clean and satisfactory, equipped with linens, towels, kitchenware, etc. Excellent view of the ocean and convenient to the Sea and Sud’s restaurant which is a must see if you’re here. Only issue we had was when the wind was blowing had a significant whistling through the front door, which was a problem when we were there and it was windy at night. Overall, a very nice place and easy check In-N-Out. Could use some updates to modernize a little, but was good for the price. I would recommend.

The property is an older building. The elevator was broken and we had use the stairs to get to the sixth floor. The walls need some TLC and floors need some replacing. No ceiling fans in the rooms, but the AC does circulate well. Housekeeping needs to be improved. We had to clean surfaces on the cabinets, walls, tables, and trash cans. The beds are comfortable and linens were clean. There was a nice supply of towels and wash clothes. I tried calling the property three different times to report that the elevator was out. Apparently it had been out for some time and this was never communicated to us before arriving to the property. It would have been useful information. I received a call from a very nice desk clerk. Another room was offered at a separate location.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We appreciate you sharing both the positives and areas where improvement is needed. We’re glad to hear you found the beds comfortable, linens clean, and towels well supplied. We also appreciate your kind words about the desk clerk who assisted you. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the elevator being out of service and understand how important it would have been to know this information before arrival, especially with a sixth-floor unit. We also appreciate your comments regarding housekeeping, surfaces, and the condition of the property. These concerns will be shared with our team for review and follow-up. Thank you again for your feedback. We value your input and will use it to help improve the guest experience for future stays.
