Blue Ridge Refuge is an expansive 8-bedroom cabin located in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Blue Ridge Refuge features 2 separate living areas, Game Room with Pool Table and 2 Arcade Games, massive theater room complete with poker/card table. Blue Ridge Refuge has 6 Bedrooms each with King Beds and Bathroom Access. Family Anniversary Trip

My wife and I booked the trip for our 25th Wedding Anniversary for us and our 5 children and 7 grand children. Loved the location although the first time up the mountain was a little scary. No problem parking 6 cars there. We had 18 total people from 60 to 1 and the house worked great for all.

You will love Summit cabins

I absolutely loved it. It was spacious and clean. And it was close to Pigeon Forge and gatlinburg. I would absolutely stay here again

Cousins Cabin Trip

My family and I had a great stay at this cabin. Check-in was smooth. The cabin has a lot of space but the kitchen is very small compared to the amount of rooms. That wasn't a deal breaker. Everything was clean in good shape. We had no problems! Would definitely rebook here!

Beautiful Spot

We had a wonderful time for our women's retreat! Plenty of space for the 9 of us. I loved were it was located, it was quiet and peaceful just what we needed.

Couples Trip

We had a great time. We had a couple of issues but the maintenance personnel was responsive in a timely manner. Parking was a but tight. Luckily we were all military rruck drivers so we knew how to park to make it work. Was equipped with everything we needed for cooking. (Pots/pans). We had 8 couples and it sleeped everyone comfortably. The lady bugs were bad though. May want to replace window and door strips to help control the problem.

Winter Vacation

The property was beautiful and we had no issues. It was a little dirty when we walked in, but nothing that created distress. Thank you for allowing us to stay here, we had an amazing and comfortable stay. Great price, great location, great amenities!

Spacious cabin with view!!

This cabin was suitable for 16 grown ups!! We did not feel like we were crowding each other! We enjoyed the amenities of the cabin!! The cabin was clean on our arrival and the views was breathtaking!! Would recommend this cabin again for large groups!!!

We loved it the tile floor needed bleached there was black dirt clumps of dirt all over it . That could easily be bleached away. But overall we loved our stay

Family Get Together

We had a large group (13 adults and 7 children) and we had so much space. All of the adults had their own rooms/bathrooms or access to other bathrooms. The cabin was beautiful and gave us gorgeous views (especially during this time of year.)Kids and adults all enjoyed the movie theatre and games. Checking in and out was a breeze. We all had a wonderful vacation together!

Great Experience

My dad has stage 4 lung cancer and cancer in 2 ribs. He wanted our family to take a vacation together where we could all be together. We were able to all visit and have meals as a family. Could not have asked for a better place to stay.

First time in Tennessee

I stayed at the cabin with a group of other travel agents. We LOVED the home and location. The only downfall was ladybugs that wanted to take over lol. The two downstairs bedrooms had tons of lady bugs.

Needs maintenance

Cabin needs a lot of maintenance. Lots of broken floor tiles, chipping paint on exterior of cabin etc.

Ok for what I was looking for

Had 12 folks. Plenty of room. A few draw-backs. The engineered septic needs to be pumped out. Awful sewage smell after a couple of showers. The hot tub is only assessable through a private master bed. Beautiful views off rear decks only; unfortunately the only gathering spot on decks are the fronts where your view is the back of other cabins that have huge rear decks for view gathering. Cabin is starting to show its age. We are all in the home-building industry so we notice things others do not… overall for a weekend trip it served its purpose.

This cabin was overall okay but definitely not the best of many cabins I've stayed in, the second floor has a bed that is completely broke, the first floor one of the bathroom ceilings had a leak from what looked like was coming for the second level bathroom.. the porch in the front of the cabin has a rail that is broke, and a step that is very dangerous.. especially for older people who don't have very good mobility.. lastly, if you run the dishwasher it takes all the hot water so we couldn't shower the first night.. would say the only good thing about this property would be the clean linen and size of the property

Very bad property

This property was awful 😖... it rained the first night. Water poured in all 4 levels. Even got in our beds we had no where to sleep. My husband luggage and clothing got wet. Out brand new Karaoke machine got rain all in it. It stop working the next day. The refrigerator is very small for a property this large. Was not worth the money. Never again will we go to this property. Very limited parking.

Thanksgiving Vacation

The house is functional and was appropriate for our large family. The many stairs and no elevator was difficult for grandma and grandpa. Pull-up chairs for the first floor family room are needed. Sitting on the hard picnic table benches in the living area hurts your back and bottom. Kitchen: no sink stoppers - hard to wash dishes; although a coffee maker, no Keurig; the dishes from the dishwasher needed to be dried; after using the microwave twice for 2-3 minutes, the microwave stopped working for at least an hour - then would work again. The hot tub area had rockers which crowded the small space. The other porches did not have any chairs. Such a large home with gathering places upstairs needs another refrigerator on the 2nd or 3rd floor. The beds were comfortable; plenty of pillows and blankets; hot water supply good for showering. Multiple cracked tiles in the kitchen eating area give a bad first impression, especially since this is the first area you walk in to and it is a large space. This home met our needs for the week but was not as inviting and homey as other rentals we have had.

The property was incredible. Our team had an amazing time. Plenty of room for a large group.

The property was very clean and had everything that we needed. I had 17 high school boys on my team as well as my assistant coaches and at no time felt cramped. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thank you

This is a beautiful cabin. Very large and spacious for a group of 12 adults.

Enough towels for everyone, kitchen table was set upon our arrival, house gave so much entertainment that we were never bored! Very clean and spacious. Definitely recommend for a large group

Great place to host a retreat!!

We rented this property for a youth retreat for our church. The adults and the children loved everything about it. We had plenty of room to spread out. The kids really loved the hot tub and the theater room was amazing. We would definitely rent this again!!
