Perfect place for my son & his fiancé to stay while the extended family got together for 4th of July. Quiet but close enough to the downtown and beach. They loved the comfortable bed and cozy apartment.

Connie is an absolutely amazing host. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and absolutely every detail is perfect. We had a fabulous 3 night stay,The location is perfect, you can walk to the ferry, restaurants, and shops.We will DEFINITELY be back.

I wish a ten-star rating is possible! The very best stay I've had anywhere - the apartment is beautiful, impeccably decorated, all amenities for the kitchen & bathroom provided and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Fresh baked cookies welcomed us. The location was perfect - steps from the harbor, restaurants and bars. Parking great. Very smooth in&out check in & unit access. Owner Connie followed up to assure our comfort. I could truly live there permanently!

Immaculate, well-appointed space with off street parking. Lots of great restaurants nearby and close to Newport. Connie, the host was very sweet and did everything to make our stay perfect, including fresh baked goods!Definitely a 10!

One of the best stays I’ve had in years! Location is PERFECT - it truly is in the heart of Jamestown. The space is large, very comfortable, and well appointed. The owner left no stone unturned - so many nice details from fresh baked items upon arrival, to beach gear, and local recommendations for dining, events, and activities. I can’t wait to return for another visit!

No better location

Excellent location and easy access to everything! Connie’s place is comfortable and within easy walking distance to the ferry and waterfront area. Excellent host.

Practically perfect in every way

First, it was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean! Host (Connie) met us when we arrived, showed us around, and told us about local dining and places to see; and then she left us to enjoy the apartment and the town.

Beautiful Oasis in the heart of Jamestown

An absolutely beautiful spot from the cozy accommodations to the breathtaking gardens and koi pond! Home baked cookies and a Zucchini bread was a treat that lasted us our entire stay! The house is very neat and clean with many comforts of home! A short walk to restaurants , coffee shops and charming Jamestown center makes this rental the perfect place to stay!

Wonderful Stay

Connie was a exceptional host starting with a homemade zucchini bread and choc. chip cookies, a basket of snacks and a bottle of wine. The property was spotless and all the accommodations you would need. Plenty of brochures in the room for things to do in the area even within walking distance. We had a wonderful time and would recommend to everyone.

Weekend getaway

We had a rare weekend without kids and this apartment in the heart of Jamestown was perfect! We kept the car parked all weekend and walked, biked and took the ferry to get around all weekend. Super convenient location and cute and cozy apartment. Highly recommended!

BEST place to stay for Jamestown and Newport vacations

Connie was an unbelievable host. Her property was perfect - clean, large, comfortable, and close to everything. She was attentive when needed and gave us snacks! Most importantly she knew everything about the surrounding area, and really helped us sculpt our trip (without being remotely overbearing). I am 100% staying here again next time I’m in RI. Thank you Connie!

Fabulous experience at the Island apartment in the Heart of Jamestown! The one bedroom unit is huge, has all the amenities of home, was so clean and updated and the location is perfect. Short walking distance to all that downtown Jamestown has to offer; many great restaurants, shops and the proximity to the water is so nice. The property owner is wonderful; very communicative and thinks of everything and more! She will surprise you with many thoughtful touches & extras. For those not knowing the area, Jamestown is a perfect central location for getting to Newport, Portsmouth and even Mystic, CT. This property has my highest recommendation! Thank you for a wonderful visit.

FANTASTIC!!!

This place is absolutely amazing!! My husband and I wanted to get away for a long weekend and the apartment was available. It was so cozy, very clean, and just the perfect spot! Within walking distance to the beach, the ferry, places to eat, and shops. Connie is the best! She left us homemade cookies, snacks, and a gift for staying. She also had brochures available in the apartment. We also loved the pond with the fish and all of the around. Just beautiful! We will definitely be back someday!

Great apartment and location!

The apartment is just as described. It was all recently updated and a very comfortable space for the two of us. Connie was an excellent host, there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. The homemade wine and cookies were delicious and very much appreciated. There's a host's book with lots of helpful information. The location was ideal, right on the main street, and a short walk to incredible restaurants, shops and the water. We hope to return soon!

Great Place!

Great location. Close to little shops, bakeries, restaurants, even a small brewery. Walking distance to ferry. Friendly people. Lots to do without the noise and hassle. Connie was a great host. Clean and well kept. Connie had homemade goodies waiting for us and enough to get us started if we forgot something or didn't feel like going to the market. Highly recommend!

Cute and perfect appartement

Connie was absolutely the best host we had so far. She welcomed us with a basket of treats and homemade pastries. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. Connie was fast to answer our questions and made us confortable throughout our stay. The location on the main street was great, the firefighter station across the street was never an inconvenience. Overall one of our best stays. Thank you Connie!

Perfect in all ways!

We came to Jamestown to visit with family. This little apartment was just perfect! Super clean, new kitchen ware, spiffy bathroom…. And located steps from the harbor and restaurants. We wondered if the fire station would be a problem but heard hardly a peep all week. The landlady is a delight leaving cookies, wine and offfering help if needed. We will surely book this apartment again! A+

Perfect Vacation

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay in Jamestown. Our host was exceptional in every way. This apartment had everything you could ask for. Bed, sheets & towels were top quality. Also laundry facilities were easy to use & very clean. All our questions & concerns were dealt with immediately. Very friendly & cozy atmosphere. Walking distance to anything we needed was an added bonus. She handled our car emergency like family, turning a bad situation into a quickly resolved one. We can not say enough good things about this host & her commitment to her vacationers. We would HIGHLY recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a great place to relax or keep busy. You will find them both in Jamestown, Rhode Island

If you’re scrolling through reviews trying to decide whether to stay here, let me save you some time — book it.I stayed in the first-floor apartment, and it was absolutely perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Connie made sure I had everything I needed for my stay — even surprising me with fresh baked goods, which was such a warm and personal touch.The location couldn’t be better. I rented a car but never even used it because everything was within walking distance.I visited in February — yes, I flew to the East Coast in winter! I expected the cold, but I didn’t expect to experience one of the worst blizzards on record. The power went out a couple of times, but Connie and her partner quickly got the generator running to keep everyone warm and safe. She checked in on me via text to make sure I had everything I needed, which meant so much during the storm.The next morning, they shoveled the snow from the front door all the way to the sidewalk so I could get out safely. Later that day, they cleared the driveway and even moved my car for me.Hands down, this was the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!Thank you so much Connie! I’ll see you again, in the summer!
