Welcome to our Stunning 4 Season WATERFRONT COTTAGE (sleeps 8). We also have an additional one bedroom loft apartment (sleeps 6) located above our garage. When the cottage is rented, we do not rent the apartment out to separate guests. Our private setting is ideal for long term as well as weekly rentals and is perfect for multi-family bookings!!!

You’ll love all that mother nature has to offer on our 3+ acre property lined with birch, oak, maple and evergreen trees! The great rooms 18 foot vaulted ceiling along with a full kitchen is an entertainers dream. The view of the Lake from the cottage great room can be yours to enjoy during any season! Enjoy the stunning views of the lake while you watch the sun rise and set from the private dock, flagstone patio and two decks. French doors off the great room lead to the upper level deck featuring a screened in gazebo with exceptional views of the Lake.

Our cottage is ideal for entertaining your family and friends. In the evenings you’ll enjoy sitting fireside on the flagstone patio roasting marshmallows beneath a blanket of stars.

The public boat launch is less than 5 minutes away. Bring your boat and park it here at your own private dock!

The open concept spacious cottage sleeps 8 (1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin Bed and 2 double pull outs), 1.5 bathrooms. Full kitchen includes fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker! Washer and Dryer located in main cottage!!

Apartment Features:
Additional accommodations are available for rent. The apartment is only steps away from the main cottage and is ideal for an additional family to enjoy! The apartment sleeps up to 6 (1 Queen bed, 1 double sized bed and 1 double pull out futon). The Kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker. The cozy apartment also features a balcony overlooking the property as well as the lake, and is an additional rental. The apartment is equipped with a full bathroom and kitchen!

We also offer Wifi and high speed internet for those who need to stay in touch with family and friends or continue to work remotely!

We have two fishing kayaks available for your paddling pleasure, a 12 foot lake mat and a 6 person hot tub!!!

Just outside of Port Loring, Jacks Lake is part of a five lake-chain, offering 5 miles of boating, fishing, swimming and exploring. Ideal for ice fishing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling with the OFSC trails very close by. Monthly and weekly rentals are also available year round for both the cottage and/or apartment.

What you’ll need to bring:
Bed linens including sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, facecloths, dish towels, laundry soap, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels. We supply mattress pads.

Cottage Rules:
Please No smoking or vaping indoors in the cottage or apartment, no pets, no more than 14 guests on property (8 in main cottage, 6 in apartment). Abide by all local campfire restrictions. Please leave cottage clean and tidy. Remove all garbage and recycling items upon departure. Please NO Pets due to family pet allergies, no exceptions.

Rental Fees
Cottage booking and fees processed through VRBO.
Apartment booking requests managed through owners, and fees will be added to your booking.

Apartment Rental Fee: $175 per/night, plus $100 cleaning fee per booking for the cottage and $70 cleaning fee per booking for the apartment.

Refundable Damage Deposit: $500 refunded within 24 hrs after checkout.
