Welcome to the Oak View Cabin! Located in the Preserve Resort, this cabin over looks Wears Valley and has breathtaking views!

The space
Look no further for the perfect cabin to either stay in and enjoy the amenities or close enough to enjoy all the attractions in the area. Our cabin has plenty of entertainment, including a Hot Tub, pool table, foosball, video arcade machine, board games and a second loft for kids to play Xbox. A Kitchen stocked with all the essentials for cooking and entertaining!

Enter cabin through galley style fully furnished kitchen. Make anything from snacks, to packing lunches for the go or making those full course family meals. We have coffee lovers covered too! Keurig and drip coffee pot available.

♦️FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions)♦️

-Check-in: After 4:00 PM and Check-out is 10:00 AM
- Check-in any time after 4:00PM with keyless entry. You will be sent a code that activates the day of your check-in (4:00 PM) and expires after 10:00 AM on the day of your departure
- Information will be sent to you after booking regarding details for your stay
Parking- The space right in front of the cabin is yours to use. Accommodates 3 cars. Please be respectful to other neighbors and guests.

🔸AMENITIES

A starter pack of 2 toilet rolls for each bathroom, 1 paper towel, a limited number of dishwasher pods, and trash bags. Please note depending on the length of your stay you may need to provide anything beyond this if items run out.
8oz Shampoo, Conditioner and body soap is provided in each shower. Please feel free to bring your own if you have any allergies to soaps.
Roku is on TV’s (3 total) living room, bedroom, and loft ( Bring your own passwords to watch in Roku Guest Mode).
Keurig and drip coffee maker (Bring own coffee)
Fully equipped kitchen with many different size pots and pans, baking sheets, utensils, bowls, and mugs.
Wine opener and wine glasses
Soap provided at each sink

-Anything else that is not listed above, including bug spray and sunscreen.

Access to the entire cabin (except locked owners closet).

🔹Things to note🔹

ROADS: All roads are paved getting to the cabin, but to get up the mountain you will have hills, bends, and winding roads. During most of the year any vehicle can make it up here. If you’re not comfortable driving on mountain roads, please drive slower and more cautious. After driving up a couple times I’m sure you will feel more comfortable! In winter, roads may become icy and its strongly suggested to drive 4WD vehicles. It is guest’s responsibility to check weather before arriving.

CRITTERS: We have regular professional pest control service, but keep in mind that the cabin is in the mountains. You may encounter in and around the cabin critters including, ladybugs, spiders, ants, bees, moths, millipedes, and rodents.

BEARS: There is a chance you could see bears outside the cabin. Please be mindful and clean up any food that could attract them. We have bear proof trash bins in front of the cabin. Please place all food and trash into bins. Also, keep car doors locked and windows closed at all times. Please don’t feed bears!

LADYBUGS: Ladybug season is from spring until fall. During this time, you may see live and dead ladybugs in and around the cabin. Ladybugs are seeking out any warm places they can find to hibernate. Please note the cabin is professionally cleaned before your stay and after your departure.
