Starvanta Homes has this beautiful, well-kept home for relaxation and group exercise, this is a vacation gateway home. Huge backyard with a basketball/volleyball/badminton court. You can relax at a sitting area in the backyard patio complete with bbq and firepit at the far end.
This home can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests & offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and one office space. Each bedroom has TVs and a 65' flat-screen TV in the living room with a surround sound system and complimentary Netflix, Hulu and Paramount.

Everything was wonderful vwry peaceful great home. The host wwre very responsive when I couldn't figure out how to use the door code from a late check in. Beds very comfortable. Wifi perfect for family of gamers. Had a beautiful valentine's weekend getaway. Felt like a dream villa for juat me and my BF. We will stay again. I recorded videos and pictures unfortunately I lost them after breaking my phone. So we MUST return for pictures and videos reviews.

Best Bang for the Buck, left chain hotel for this VROB. Son loved the onsite B-Ball Court out back.

Stayed here for a trade show and this home was good for us. The home is clean and spacious. Easy check in and great parking on large driveway.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay - we drank coffee on the back deck while our kids played basketball, we wnt to the farmer's market and made real food instead of only getting restaurant food, the house was roomy and tucked away in the country but only 10-15 minutes to anything. Just calm and easy and lovely. We'd stay here again.

Nice family stay

Stayed here with two teens and grandparents for parents weekend at Elon. The boys loved the basketball court. The back patio was lovely and the home was very comfortable. We would book this property again!

Greensboro Trip

Great place to stay in Greensboro without being in the city. Place is very clean and has a lot of space. Great backyard ... we only stayed a couple days so did not get to enjoy the yard or huge backyard porch. Great place!!

Great house!

Overall, we had a great stay at this beautiful home! We were three couples in town for my mom’s funeral. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds were awesome and we loved the back deck. The hosts were very accommodating to our needs which was great. Downside was there are train tracks very close to the home and the train was pretty loud early in the morning. Only other downside was the patio tv wasn’t working but otherwise would highly recommend.

We loved it

1st time to Greensboro. We loved the outside covered deck and the overall space. Very comfortable for us. All features- bathroom and kitchen were great. My daughter loved playing hoops in the back yard and I loved the huge back yard. Vary spacious and welcoming. We will stay again when we come next year.

Nice property for our family’s needs

We stayed here while we visited our daughter who is going to college in Greensboro. The home is spacious and mostly updated with most everything a family could need. Back yard space is huge and might suggest notifying the host if you plan to use the space so that seasonal cleaning could be done for you ahead of time. The hosts are very communicative and even had some wasp traps shipped to us as the spring season had brought them out. No issues with them as they kept to themselves, but they made an attempt to help us enjoy the outdoor space. Would stay again.

Nice Place

Overall it was a great stay, spacious backyard and close to everything. I received a number of messages about keeping noise down because the neighbors complained about previous guest. I chatted with one neighbor and he was very friendly and helpful. Another neighbor did peep over multiple times as if she was looking for us to be doing something wrong. The house was clean and spacious. I would stay again.

Quiet and relaxing

Overall the property is fairly well maintained with only some minor issues (light bulbs needing to be changed, some lamps or tvs with issues). The outdoor patio is amazing and the basketball court is a plus. Be aware that the property is only accessible by one street, which intersects a train track. While there, repairs were done on the railroad crossing which prevented us from leaving the home for an entire day. They were no other streets out of the subdivision.

Peaceful Retreat in Greensboro: A Perfect Holiday Getaway!We recently visited Greensboro to spend the holidays with family, and we were fortunate to stay at this wonderful home. From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all our questions and needs, both before and during our stay. We are very thankful for this excellent service!This home is located in a very quiet and secluded neighborhood, making it the perfect spot for peace and tranquility. We felt safe and secure. Upon arrival, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the home was, which made us feel comfortable right away.One of the highlights of our stay was the back porch, which offered beautiful views of a large backyard featuring a basketball court and fire pit. The comfortable couches on the porch allowed me to unwind while gazing at the serene pond. The lovely front porch swing, was a charming touch as well.The split floor plan of the home was ideal for privacy, ensuring that each guest had their own space to rest comfortably. The beds were cozy, and we had plenty of room to stretch out. Additionally, the water pressure was excellent, with an abundance of hot water for refreshing showers.We’re already planning to return in the future and won’t hesitate to stay here again. I highly recommend this rental for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway!

The home looks to be updated inside as far as the bedroom furniture. Very comfortable mattresses. Upon arrival the lawn needed to be cut. Once inside we requested that home be reclined due to crumbs in the cabinets and draws of the kitchen. The host was very quiet to respond to a list we left for the cleaning personnel. The cleaning personnel can the very next day but we had to pack up and leave the premises so they could clean. The host followed up immediately to verify that we noticed an improvement. In addition, the host left me a message and indicated that he had the lawn maintenance come to clean up the yard. I was very pleased to see the host took that initiative especially knowing I never brought the yard to his attention. There were ants in the master bedroom that were brought to the host attention upon arrival. I actually went and purchased the ant repellent to eliminate that issue. I did inform the host that for what we experienced , even though the host was very responsive, that we would not stay at this home again. I requested the owner of the property to do a complete walk through and review the list of observations to help the property. The home has great potential. Need small efforts to make sure things like the bathroom vent cover and AC vent covers are cleaned to remove the accumulated dust. There seems to be a hard water issue that affected the washer machine and refrigerator freezer for ice cubes that made us feel we should not use either. Thanks

Thank you for staying at our property for 6 days. On the first day of the stay, the guests raised concerns regarding cleanliness. We immediately apologized and took prompt action to address every issue raised. At the guests’ request, we arranged and paid out of pocket for an additional deep re-cleaning service. The guests provided our cleaner with a very extensive list covering detailed areas throughout the property, including under beds, laundry areas, and other spaces that are not typically raised during standard guest stays. To ensure the work could be completed efficiently and thoroughly, we informed the guests that the cleaner preferred to work alone without interruption. The guests acknowledged this arrangement and left the request list on the table. Our cleaner then spent approximately 4 additional hours at the property completing all requested tasks. In addition, the landscaper arrived on the same day according to a pre-scheduled maintenance appointment. This was part of the normal property maintenance schedule and was not specifically arranged in response to the guests’ complaints. After the re-cleaning was completed, the guests did not report any further issues for the remainder of their 6-night stay and continued occupying the property until checkout without requesting to leave early or cancel the reservation. Only after checkout did the guests request a refund for “inconvenience.” We do not believe a refund request is justified in this situation. All concerns raised during the stay were addressed promptly, professionally, and at our expense. It is unreasonable to expect both a completed stay and a refund after corrective actions were taken and no further concerns were communicated during the remainder of the reservation. As hosts, we always make reasonable efforts to resolve guest concerns when they arise. However, we also expect fairness and good faith from guests. Based on this experience, we would not host these guests again in the future.

Nice house

This is a very nice house with a roomy, efficient floor plan. The furnishings were lovely, and the bathrooms were large and pretty. My husband & son enjoyed the basketball court, also. The TV was large and easily viewable throughout the living space. Furniture was very comfortable. We were disappointed that the beautiful back porch was basically unusable because it was covered in heavy pollen and tree debris. Also, there were swarms of bees and a wasp’s nest. The host did send someone to get rid of the bees but he couldn’t find the nest. Our host was responsive to our concerns and addressed each issue. Thank you, Chai.
