Our place is close to Yellowstone Park, right off Highway 89, only 11 miles from the North Entrance at Gardiner MT. The unique history of our home provides a perfect complement to the unique and beautiful setting.

The home is recently renovated
on a historic ranch property owned by the Rigler family since 1908.

We are surrounded by public land providing great hiking opportunities. Although not on the river, a short trek across the road gives you private access for fishing on Yellowstone River frontage which is part of the ranch.

After a busy day in Yellowstone, relax on the front porch and watch the bison in our meadow a short distance from our vacation rental home.

The great room is an open space with living, dining, kitchen combination. The kitchen has a countertop bar and provides all the amenities to create dine in meals for your family. Large windows line the great room space providing incredible 360 degree views. There is a deck off the front and back of the home; the back deck has a Blackstone grill…you can cook breakfast outside as well as dinner…with a small table and chairs available for enjoying your meals outdoors. The front porch has chairs to relax and enjoy the mountain views in the evening.

The living room space has sofa, comfy chairs, and a Smart TV. There is also a game table for puzzles, cards or board games…all available in the home.

The dining room has a large log table with chairs. There is a fireplace in the open space with a gas insert. Safety is our priority with fire and CO 2 monitors throughout the home.

Bedroom one has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Toiletries are provided for your convenience.

Bedroom two also has a king sized bed with a fiberfill duvet…which is sanitized after each guest.

Bathroom two is between bedroom two and three; it has a tub/shower combination. Terry bathrobes for guests are available in the closets in each bedroom.

Bedroom three has two twin beds. As this is a recently renovated property, all beds and bedding are new.

Finally, the 1800 square foot space provides a laundry room with new Maytag washer and dryer.

This is a unique and special home located on a spacious and unique property. Our first
