This place was awesome! Very spacious, uncluttered, beautiful view, very clean, and peaceful. However, the short supply of paper goods ( toilet paper ) could have been an issue if we had decided to not go anywhere. Toilet paper should be provided in good supply.

Hi Kelly, We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and loved it as much as we do. Just a mention of the paper products. It clearly says in our vrbo listing we leave some for the first few days so guests can get the type or brand they like and also the same for toiletries. After 20 yrs of renting out cabins and also staying at short term rentals we have found everyone's preferences are very different. However the full roll of paper towels in the kitchen and two rolls of toilet paper in each bath is usually more than enough for most stays. Most people go out every day, most buy food to prepare and other items so its very convenient to purchase your preferences. We're sorry this did not meet your need. Let us know the next time you stay and we will be glad to add more paper products for your stay. Guy and Tonia

The Christmas Bear Cabin was exactly as described. The pictures are accurate and the place was beautifully decorated and clean. As a woman, one of the things I appreciated was all the available storage for toiletries and makeup. Plenty of space in both bathrooms to unpack for your stay. The king mattress on the first floor was a little soft, but that is personal preference. The location was excellent. For us, it was right by friends we were there to visit, but also not far from Pigeon Forge (15-20 min), the Smokey Mountains (10-15 min), and Gatlinburg (30 mins). It was beautiful sitting out on the back porch in the morning to drink our coffee. There is another cabin on the property, but far enough away that you couldn’t hear anything. The hosts were wonderful with check in directions. I would highly recommend this place. We will surely be back!

This cabin is absolutely beautiful. It is close to everything but a remote enough to give you a lot of privacy. The host, Guy, very quick to respond to any inquiries or questions that I had. I highly recommend this rental property and this host.

Hey Mike Thanks for the 5 star review. We are so glad you enjoyed our cabin. As to the carpenter bees as you mentioned to me this time of year they love to chew your barn too. Thankfully the Carpenter Bees are just for a short time in April . (For those that might be reading and thinking of Bees as in stings? ha, this is not the same bee, they just eat wood and love any new wood. No danger to humans.) Thankfully our traps and treatment take care of most of them. As to sink, sometimes the stopper gets pushed down and people forget there is a simple handle on the back of the sink/spicket that you just push it open. Sorry that was an issue for you.
