Great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Great location, beautiful surroundings, and a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We had a house full of adults and grandkids and everyone enjoyed the hot tub and game room especially. Lovely neighborhood great for walking and scenery. Close to parkway and 20 minutes to Pigeon forge. Well equipped cabin and responsive host. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent communication and beautiful property. The entire house was well appointed with lots of amenities and a great kitchen ready to be really used. The only word of Caution for handicapped folks is the driveway is steep all the way to the top. The rear entrance is the safest bet but you might find the first section coming from the driveway to be a little tricky when exiting your vehicle. Otherwise, an awesome place!

Great cabin to stay in! Plenty of room for our group and great location. We loved being close to the main strip without being in all the craziness! Hosts were great and checked in on us frequently incase we needed anything and responded quickly when messaged. I would recommended this cabin to others!

Great cabin! Great location with easy 15 minute drive into Pigeon Forge. Several small shops and restaurants close if you want to stay away from the chaos! Planning to stay again in the future!

The home was clean and perfect for our family of five. With a teen and two in their early twenties, the kids enjoyed the upstairs game room. We all enjoyed the open space of the kitchen and family room. And the porch was nice to sit and enjoy some reading time. This was a comfortable place to relax and enjoy family time while visiting the area.

We had a group of 10. The kids liked the arcade game. The cabin was spacious and perfect for us since my husband had just had acl surgery. He could stay on the main floor and didn’t have to worry about stairs. Cabin was clean and didn’t have to travel up a one lane mountain road to get there.

We have stayed in the same cabin for two seperate trips and both stays were excellent. Owners communicated quickly. The location is perfect. The cabin was clean in every area. We will book again in the future. Our children caught several fish out of the community pond.

The home was really nice and clean. One of our party is in a wheelchair and he was able to move around easily in the house and in the bathroom area with no problems which was great. We would definitely stay again! When we had questions about check in, the owner very quickly responded so we could get in.

We had a nice stay at this cabin, and Scott was a wonderful host! He made check-in very easy and was thoughtful about checking in with us throughout our extended stay to see if we needed anything. The property itself is beautiful, and we were even greeted by a few deer when we arrived, which was a lovely surprise. The cabin was nicely decorated, and overall, the house was clean.There are, however, a few areas that could use improvement. The showerheads had extremely high water pressure, to the point that showering was uncomfortable. The main-floor bathroom was handicap accessible, but the shower floor was very slippery when wet, which could be a safety concern.Our biggest issue was the driveway and parking situation. The property was not as accessible as we expected, and my father-in-law, who has difficulty walking, really struggled with the incline. We don't feel this was adequately communicated in the listing. Describing it as a "typical incline" doesn't fully explain how steep or challenging the driveway and parking area actually are. We feel this should be more clearly detailed so guests with mobility limitations can make an informed decision before booking.Overall, the cabin is beautiful, and Scott was an excellent host. With some improvements to the accessibility information and a few safety and comfort updates, this could be an even better experience for future guests.

Everything was as described. Scott & Barbara we’re very responsive when the key code didn’t work upon arrival. He called us and let us in right away and fixed it within minutes. We enjoyed peaceful mornings drinking coffee on the porch and enjoying the views.

This mountain cabin stay was exceptional,offering a cozy and well-equipped interior and fantastic amenities like a hot tub and game room.Then cabin was very clean and comfortable. We particularly appreciate the well - stocked kitchen. The best part of the stay was we had mommy bear and baby right out the back door.. Scott and Barb were great host they checked on us to make sure we didnt need anything .. would definitely stay here again..

We had a wonderful stay at the Happy Cabin. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and filled with cozy touches that made it feel extra welcoming. They even had it decorated for Christmas, which made our stay feel extra special. There were plenty of sheets and blankets, and the kids absolutely loved all the games. The location was perfect—easy to access from the parkway and only about a 10-minute drive.Great communication and an overall fantastic experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Fantastic cabin! Plan on booking this cabin for every stay in the pigeon forge sevierville area.

Cabin was spotless with multiple amenities and games provided with a hot tub on the back porch. Immaculate condition. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful Property with great location and amenities

We had a fantastic stay at Happy Place Cabin! The hosts were great about communicating helpful information for our stay, and provided a beautiful home full of amenities with added little touches to make this a memorable vacation. The location is close to both major attractions and the scenic Smokey Mountains. We loved every minute of our stay here and would highly recommend this location to others!

Beautiful Cabin!

The cabin was very clean and very beautiful! The hosts kept in contact in case we needed anything or had any questions and the check in and check out process were very simple and easy. The kids loved it and we loved having a wheelchair accessible room/bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!
