Beautiful renovated 3rd floor 1 bed 1 bath condo located next to Marina close to beaches and downtown St Petersburg. Starbucks Café 1/2 block away. This condo offers one bedroom with queen bed and a sleep sofa queen bed in Living Room. New kitchen, renovated bathroom, Newer furnishings. Stocked with towels, K-Cup coffee, and most necessities. This condo has an outdoor pool, a balcony with Marina views, wifi service, and is located on the bike trail that leads to many destinations including St Pete Beach and downtown St Petersburg. Walk to the new Tiki Docks restaurant located on the Marina, grocery store, and several fast food establishments for a quick bite. Centrally located to allow you quick uber / taxi access to everything Tampa Bay has to offer. 25 min ride to Tampa International Airport and Clearwater St Petersburg International Airport.

Convenient location. Close to dining, shopping etc. St. Pete’s black is beautiful.

Wonderful stay

A must place to stay. Very comfortable, clean, all of what you need to have a great stay in sunny St. Petersburg. David property owner made sure all was perfect, thank you. Property is quiet and close to many good restaurants, and close to one of our favorite beaches Forte De Soto. We had a great restful time. Hope to return next year.

Great Week

Very nice one bedroom. Comfortable and host was very attentive. Beach towels, bikes even coffee supplied. Nice balcony. Close to Starbucks, Publix, Marina with Tiki Bar.

Wonderful

The property was so well maintained and the decor gave off a perfect beach vibe. Location was convenient to everything. David was easy to reach during our check in when I had a small problem with the door code (user error). We definitely will be return renters.

Perfect!!!!!!

Looking for someplace to just kick back and we found it at Kings Moorings, close to every thing, nice pool area and overall perfection.....we like visiting clubs like VFW and American Legions and they were all within our distance we wanted to drive.....This would be a good choice for older adults.

Great experience!

Condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need and more! Host David was quick to respond and very accommodating. Building was very quiet. Location was within a short walk to grocery store, restaurants and Tiki bar. Less than a mile to Clam Bayou Nature preserve with walking trails and a variety of birds. Only thing we missed was access to local tv channels for local weather and news. Highly recommend!

Short title

Several problems. Water pressure in kitchen almost nonexistent. Drain and disposal too difficult. Very annoying. Many electrical area didn’t work. No vacuum cleaner. Why not even a Dustbuster?! TV virtually useless. No streaming. Had to use phone to connect. Very cumbersome and frustrating. Thermostat a total mystery. No instructions. Had to bother owner. Otherwise…!!!

Perfect Spot

We stayed for 4 days during the ReggaeFest in March 2023. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and then some. The bed was super comfortable, any toiletries we forgot were provided, there was coffee 😊 and the communication with David, the owner was always open and available. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a rental in the area. It is a true gem.

Nice Condo

Cozy, well appointed condo, exactly as pictured, feels like home. We came into town for the weekend to attend a baseball game. Condo was less than 10 minute drive to the ball park. Close to grocery stores, shopping and a very easy drive in from the airport. Condo had everything we needed. David and Betsy are great hosts!

Lovely place to stay - perfect location

We were so pleased with this condo. It was very clean and and had everything we needed to feel at home. The surrounding community seemed safe. The location was perfect for our visit with friends and the beach. It is so close to all the conveniences you could possibly need. Communication was great with the owner. Would highly recommend this wonderful condo.

It was great. Pool was nice, my kids loved it. Only had issues with the internet and it was fixed immediately. Place looks exactly like the pictures. Owner responded fast to any questions that I had.

Nice place overall

This property is decent overall and clean, also well stocked with beach towels and pots and pans. Our main issued there was 2 nights we just wanted to relax in the evening and watch a show, and internet was out so that was frustrating because it was our time to relax, unwind and have a drink. Close to Publix, and you have to research it a bit but can bike to Pinellas (about 2.5mi.) or over to St. Pete Beach (about 20 min.). David was accommodating and came once to try and fix something.

Immaculate, well-appointed condo

Lovely condo with thoughtful amenities make for a very comfortable stay. Two bikes available to ride on the bike path in front of the building. Nice balcony.

A great place to rest, relax and enjoy St. Pete!

This is a very clean and beautifully decorated property. There is a lovely balcony where we were able sit, read, relax and enjoy. The beach is a quick and easy drive as is the city of St. Petersburg, Gulfport and various other attractions. David was responsive and easy to work with. Plenty of sheets, blankets, towels, kitchen and bathroom supplies were provided and very much appreciated. We hope to return again soon.
