Wonderful place to stay! Great accommodations and amenities.Nice quiet, laid back environment close to bike/walking path, beaches not that far away. A lot of really nice people live/rent here.

Fabulous

An amazing stay! Carrie was very responsive to any questions we had, and always pleasant and helpful. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect and the amenities are superb. Definitely the place to stay in St. Pete's.

A little piece of heaven

As always the owner is amazing to rent from. Carrie is always very informative and gives great recommendations for the area. She resolves any issue’s immediately. Looking forward to the next stay.

Family fun

This condo is close to the new pool, laundry, a huge osprey nest and the gate to Clam Bayou. We enjoyed every minute! Carrie is very attentive to questions and we loved our stay at this 2 bedroom condo. Sad that our beach vacation is over.

Bermuda Bay

Bermuda Bay is a great place for an extended stay. Access to Clam Bayou and Pinellas Trail for biking/walking is a definite bonus. We loved the complex; gated access, two pools, very quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. Owner of our unit was fantastic, very attentive to any concerns we may have had. We plan on coming back again as we love this part of Florida with its many varied activities, very good restaurants, and as always, beautiful weather!

Thank you very much for a wonderful 4 weeks stay at Bermuda Bay. In the condo, everything you need is available (apart from the washing machine and dryer – which you know in advance anyway). The condo is in a very well-maintained condition and is equipped with everything you need: it has enough towels for the pool and beach, sufficient pots and pans to cook at home sometimes, parking spaces directly in front of the entrance and two access points (front door and access via the patio). It takes about 5 minutes to get to the "big" pool with a jacuzzi, but you are rewarded with great sunsets.

Great Rental!

I moved here from another state and needed a place to stay until I figured out where to live and I am so happy I found this little gem! Everyone here is friendly. The property was amazing. Some of the features I enjoyed were sunsets on the beach with residents, walking/running at the Clam Bayou next door, the local restaurants, and the gated community...just to name a few. I highly recommend staying here, the owner was super friendly and I never had an issue. Will definitely be back!!!

Everything was wonderful. Carrie was my 3rd host and she's 5 stars above anyone else that's hosted us. Our condo was clean, airy and beachy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything except the groceries. The amendments were great. Lots to do like swimming or sunning in one of two pools. They have pickle ball, tennis, shuffleboard, & corn hole. They have activities for socializing. Clam Bayou Park is right there and there's a group that goes walking 3 times a week. They have their own little beach with beautiful views. We were close to shopping, the beaches, etc.Theres a laundry room by the pool to do the laundry. I just can't say enough how much I loved it.P.S. there is an Osprey couple that nest very close to the condo. I loved hearing them everyday.

Disappointed

Condo was average but needs updating. Lanai was not usable for entire stay. Front pool out of service for a month. Red tide did not allow for beach activities this year.

Disappointed for sure... I informed this gentleman well ahead of time that the lanai was going to be under construction so that he could make the best decision for his family. Also, to correct, the bay pool was never closed and we have done many updates, including new flooring, appliances, paint, and bedding. For potential vacationers considering our home, rest assured that I always strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and that includes being a good communicator prior to and during your stay. Please see some of my other reviews and you will find that our home is bright, clean, and cheery. I may not be able to control the red tide, but I will make sure you have a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Bermuda Bay

We loved having the pool, private beach, watching sunsets across the bay and easy access to Clam Bayou for walks, bike rides and fishing. Several beaches are very close by. Gulfport, a fun beach town, is a couple miles away. We had a great time!

So glad we got to stay here month of Feb 2021 :-)

We cannot say enough good things about the owner, Carrie, and her beautiful condo. We stayed at other condos before in Bermuda Bay as we love the location -- it is so close to many places we frequent. This year we were undecided about our usual winter trek because of this virus -- so much uncertainty about so many things. Carrie worked with us and OUR travel plans -- IF we could even leave our state and we will be forever grateful for that. We were able to come, we weren't afraid to stay in her clean, beautiful condo with just about every amenity you can imagine and got to enjoy some warm FL sunshine and beautiful sunsets after a crazy year in "lock down". If you get the chance to stay here don't hesitate ... you will not be disappointed. God willing we would love to come and stay again next year for an even longer time :-). Thank you Carrie :-)

Bermuda Bay and Carrie Scott = AMAZING!!!!

Bermuda Bay is a hidden gem in St. Pete! Owner, Carrie Scott, was fantastic and we felt completely taken care of! I am a local, and my mom was planning to snowbird for the first time this year. I wanted to find a place that she would enjoy and be comfortable in while I had to work. Bermuda Bay did not disappoint! The location was inclusive without feeling exclusive. The atmosphere was laid back and so comfortable, the private beach and west view could not be beat for the price, and the location is close to literally everything! 10 minutes to downtown St. Pete and 10 minutes to St. Pete beach! The community was well taken care of and we felt right at home in the unit. The rental had everything we needed! Perfect home away from home. We will absolutely be back! Thank you Carrie!
