Enjoy a cozy retreat to this newly remodeled studio cottage in a quiet lake neighborhood, just a short walk to public boat launch and hiking trails and easy drive to hiking trails and skiing. Open concept 425 sq ft studio layout with brand new finishes, from walls and flooring to all appliances and amenities:

+ King size bed and convertible sleeper sofa. Sleeper measures 70" x 40" and has a weight capacity of ~300 lbs.
+ Full size kitchen with new appliances and quartz countertops.
+ Curl up in the living area to enjoy the 55" Roku Smart TV
+ Bathroom features walk in rain shower and is stocked with towels, hair dryer and toiletries. Washer/dryer in unit.
+ Outdoor patio with fire pit, Adirondack chairs and sectional, facing private yard
+ Calming lake neighborhood on quiet dead end road with ample evergreens
+ Easy, free on site parking
+ Walking distance to public waterfront and boat launch and Preston-Snoqualmie biking and hiking trail head
+ Quick drive to the Salish Lodge (10 min), Snoqualmie Ridge (15 min), Mt Si trailhead (25 min), and Summit at Snoqualmie (30 min). Quaint downtown Fall City is just 5 min away -- try Aroma Coffee and the Raging River Cafe! -- and Seattle is a 45 min drive.

100% Great Stay

We were in town for friends wedding. This place was exactly as advertised. We were very pleasantly surprised. The location was convenient to Snoqualmie Falls and Mt Ranier excursions. Owner's were great. They went over and above to exceed our expectations. 100% endorsed

Awesome vacation spot

This property could not have been better suited for what my wife and I wanted to do for our 6 days in Washington. First of all, it was spotless with all the amenities that we could want. Beautiful property and close to many small mountain towns and great hikes. Christie also gave us a great suggestion on how to do a day trip to San Juan island. It was a 10 out of 10!

Beautiful Cottage

Everything about our stay was amazing. The cottage was beautifully done and the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave! We will be back for sure. Loved the location also. Went for several hikes and just soaked up all the beauty the PNW has to offer.

Perfect cozy cottage for a long weekend

We really enjoyed our stay over a long weekend! The property is beautiful, secluded, and just a short drive into town. Cottage was clean, cozy, and our hosts were thoughtful and communicative. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful Cottage in a Peaceful Setting

The cottage has all the amenities I could have hoped for and everything was spotless. It was decorated with a soothing color scheme, the bed was super comfortable, and there was a rain shower shower head. Christie went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely be returning when I can.

5 nights in wonderful cottage for 2 friends

I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was at this cottage. It is immaculately clean with beautiful construction/decorations, the little extras like laundry, soaps, shampoos, hair dryer, etc are a nice touch. It is in a more rural area but that is what makes it so wonderful, the road up to this cottage is a beautiful drive but quick access to larger areas for shopping, etc. Close to the falls and walking paths. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful if needed. I will stay there again if I am back in the area.

Great cottage close to Lake Alice

Beautiful newly constructed cottage near nice lake with private patio and firepit. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Super hospitable hosts who made our stay very enjoyable.

Beautifully done

My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights as our base camp for exploring Seattle, Mt Rainier, and Snoqualmie and even caught a Mariners came. The cottage was so clean and well laid out and it was everything we needed. My favorite was the Nespresso machine and now I need to buy one. The all in one washer dryer was so convenient to press a button and wake up to clean dry clothes. Thank you for making our trip even more special.

A little slice of heaven

Property as described in the listing, and was absolutely perfect for our needs. Comfortable and cozy. When there are just two people, 400 sq ft is plenty of room. I especially appreciated that the kitchen was spacious enough for both of us to be in there at the same time - that was definitely an unexpected bonus! Hosts are friendly and helpful!

Small Clean Perfection

A perfect spot for relaxing and a quick walk to the lake. There was nice kitchen space and amenities. It was very comfortable and private. We did not use the pull-out sofa or the TV.

Light-filled tranquil cottage

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this beautiful new cottage. This was our retreat each night, as we were in the area for an extended weekend wedding (but we chose not to do the state park yurt/camping experience with the younger wedding guests). The home is well stocked with comfortable, quality furniture and kitchen supplies. We loved all the windows and light. The patio/fire pit area is a nice outdoor extension of the space, and looks out past a lawn to a beautiful bit of forest. Best of all, the hosts had the cottage sparkling clean, and were quick to respond when we ask any details about the lake and area. Gorgeous, comfortable place!

adorable cottage w/beautiful surroundings

I stayed here with my 9 year old son for a concert we were attending at Remlinger Farms. This cottage was adorable and had everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic and readily available for any of our needs. They offered firewood for a campfire and s'more's (although we didn’t have time to take advantage of that). The property was clean and very well-kept. It felt like we were in the Secret Garden. Absolutely beautiful surroundings. The Nespresso and comfy bed were a nice bonus. I’m already planning my next stay here so that I can take advantage of the ample hiking trails surrounding this area. Thanks for a great stay, we’ll be back!

The cottage is very clean and cozy with all the accommodations of home. The bed was comfortable and kitchen is spacious. A great getaway for a couple. Located on a property with another home, it still felt private. The hosts were nice and welcoming. A short drive to the falls and shopping.

Beautiful Property

We stayed a week to enjoy the sites but especially to be there for our son’s wedding. The cottage provided everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

Peace in the woods
